The hotel is positioned right in front of a bus stop which gets you mainly everywhere you need and it was pretty close to the city center, ~15-20 mins by walk. The room was nice, clean and big enough for a couple, the stuff cleaned the room and changed the towels on a daily basis. The breakfast was very good especially the fact that there were not only sweet things, but also salami, mortadella, cheese, boiled eggs, focaccia and butter, of course along side with the best sweet pastries and jam. Value-price wise I can say it was a really good deal and would definitely come back!

I liked the value for money and the cleanliness of the room. It was quiet as well and we were even able to sleep with the windows open. That being said, we were within walking distance of the city centre with cafes and restaurants right around the corner!

The hotel staff weren't the most helpful with planning our trips or recommending places unfortunately. We asked one member of staff on the first night of our arrival where would be a good for having dinner and they said "No recommendations, but you could have a look on Just Eat". This was Saturday evening.

-Clean room, bathroom very clean and renovated but general aspect of the room not very pleasant, maybe because of the metal door at the entrance and the tiny window that give a feeling of claustrophobia -Small courtyard, very pleasant and useful -air conditioning, refrigerator, elevator, TV -exceptional location, 5 minutes from the entrance to the old town -young receptionists from the day of arrival very nice

- the lady from day two, very sullen -Private parking is at 200 m, hard to find by a person who does not speak Italian and does not understand the explanations in this language. After you use the card at the parking lot you have to return the hotel card but you have nowhere to park in front of the hotel -the location is very hard to find with GPS although it is on a main street poor breakfast

Pleasant staff, good breakfast. Room quite small but adequate for the price in this city. Good location just outside old city wall circuit. Mattress quite firm! Good shower. Excellent and very popular seafood restaurant 50 yards west down the street.

Outstanding disadvantage was failure of internet to work in room but only downstairs by the reception desk; unconvincing reason given by staff. Loo needs to flush more vigorously to be adequate!

Recently renovated room and bathroom.everyday we had clean towels and sweeped room. Very fresh and tasty intercontinental breakfast. Pleasant stuff who where willing to help you with everything you need.it is about 10 minutes walk from the city's famous towers.will recommend to friends that will go to Bologna.

Very slim pillows but we had more than one per person,so ...all in all it was all good

Location was what we needed, halfway between the city centre and our daughter’s flat. Everything was very pleasant, and the bathroom was nice.

No bedside table on one side of the bed. We were dismayed at the use of single-use plastics and disposable cutlery and crockery which suddenly happened at our third breakfast. Up until then we had china plates and metal cutlery, easily washable at a (Covid-killing) high temperature in a dishwasher. When I asked why we now had flimsy plastic plates and spoons and everything wrapped in cellophane, I was told that it was “because of Covid”. This is appalling. It has been shown to be unnecessary, and meanwhile we are trashing the environment with plastics.

The Hotel is located quite close to the city centre. The bus is also just opposite so one can use the bus to travel around. The breakfast was good and the receptionist guy was very friendly.

The room was close to the stairs and lift so was quite noisy, especially when other guests arrived very late in the night.

Location and comfortable, the room is big and you have one fridge little to keep some stuff.

The staff is unfriendly

The room was good, the bed was confortable, there was a mini fridge, with air conditioning.

We went from 14th agoust to 17th. The staff that attended us wasn't nice at all. Neither polite. For example, when we said hello, almost she didn't say anything. Also she seemed annoyed because we didn't speak italian. I guess that is normal that we don't speak italian taking into account that usually spanish people don't learn italian at schools. Signora, everybody has a bad day, but try to be polite always in front of your clients. At the same time, u are working in a hostel in a touristic place, you should speak another language apart of Italian, and if you don't, don't get angry with us, GRAZIE. The ubication wasn't the best, but was acceptable

The mirror on the wall made the room look more spacious, but it was actually small. I liked the water kettle and the fridge. City center was walkable distance (15min). There is a supermarket in 3min.

The room was small. The room key was a real key, not a card key. The sound insulation wasn't ths best.
