I rate 10 for the great welcoming, customer care and the city centered location. Besides our thanks to Ginevra, who demonstrated a high professionalism in customer care, I devote another plus for the great location and easy access. Being a neighbor to “Cremeria Cavour” is a BIG plus for Gelato lovers, and most importantly is the Taxis standing out of the building which smoothens the guest’s mobility and enhances the overall experience. We’ll surely return to this facility and stay in the same room whenever we repeat visiting Bologna, hoping to be re-welcomed in the same great way as we enjoyed.

The location is outstanding. Close to the Neptune Statue and the Plaza Maggiore. Lots of great restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. The help and personal attention from Ginevra were very welcome - she made the process of checking in easy and even upgraded our room for the first few nights of our stay since a larger room was available. Facility is clean and modern.

Rooms were a bit small but accurately described on the site.

the location is excellent. the premises are modern. The shower is good The room was small, but well organized to fit everything. it´s nice to have coffee tea and biscuits

we came in January. we suffered from the cold at night. the bed did not have a hot blanket or a winter duvet. the temperature is set at 20ºC and we could not control the temperature from inside the room it is not possible to have the light only on one bedside to read at night without disturbing the other person, as the lights are general

No breakfast provided. Only cummication was through email until our departure date when the young lady we ‘d been emailing with came by to collect $10. Didn’t like:We could only communicate through email. We never saw a soul until checkout when a sweet young girl came by to pick up some $10 charge for something that was required ($5 per person). No water provided. No one to ask information on food, entertainment, etc only through email - in other words, no reception area, you go straight to your room and never have direct communication with anyone.

See above. No water or Kleenex provided, no tub. Shower even with (no lip) floor so shower water leakage everywhere (very small shower).

The hotel has excellent facilities, comfortable bedding, a separate wet and dry bathroom, and a public leisure drink bar.The location of the hotel is excellent, with many popular restaurants around and walking distance to any scenic spot. At first, we couldn't find the entrance, the host greeted us at the street corner and prepared snacks. When we consulted, we received timely response and assistance Friendly and considerate service

Contacted me before I arrived to make sure I knew what to do to get there and access the building. It was pretty easy but they were there when we arrived. Security is great so we left our luggage in the common area to be able to explore the city. The apartment is in a great location, a few steps from the piazza maggiore.

The location is unbeatable, less than 3 minutes from the city's main square and hosts Roberto and spouse went out of the way to make sure my stay was perfect. Highly recommended if you speak some Italian or if you're ok with making arrangements in written form thru Whatsapp.

A great place in the very heart of Bologna. Very clean and well maintained by the hosts. We have a great time thanx to the extremly kind host Ginevra who was so helpful during our stay and had such a great recommendations. I highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bologna.

Location was perfect. The host was amazing and very welcoming! Having booked this late on, we were welcomed by Ginevra as we were looking for the entrance. She was amazingly helpful and accommodating! The place was very nice, the bed was comfy and the room was tidy. I would highly recommend and if I was to revisit Bologna, I would most certainly stay here again!

The property is extremely well located to the centre of Bologna. It is just around the corner from Piazza Maggiore.

The room is in a set of 3 rooms with a shared kitchen facility. for the first night or two there were no other guest but when they arrived it was noisy and they would use all of some of the shared items like milk for tea or coffee.
