We loved the location of this property. Walking distance from many places. They had a washer in the common area which was a pleasant surprise. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our bags before check in.

We couldn’t get the tea kettle to work. Also they didn’t have any cups or glasses either in the room or in the common area. These are basic amenities especially for a place that provides kitchen area

The breakfast. Is supposed to be an B&B offering an « italian breakfast ». What you get is just a coffee & a croissant that you have to eat standing up (to seat you have to pay. A bit disappointing …

Excellent location within very short walking distance to Ufizzi Gallery. The front door is also right outside a famous gelateria. Dafne was so friendly and made check in effortless, she was also easy to contact if we needed something throughout our stay, always replying promptly to messages. The room was serviced daily and kept very clean. We loved that there was a washing machine in the common area which saved trips to the laundromat. It was an easy 14 minute walk to the Florence train station which we did a number of times during our stay. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are in Florence.

The only downside was there was no access to an iron so we had no choice but to go out in creased clothing. Note for people who haven’t left for Italy yet - bring a travel iron, no accommodation seems to have one. The common area fridge may also need labels for each room as items we had placed in there were taken by, we assume, other guests!

Lovely quiet apartment on 4th floor, very central, very recently renovated. Good AC. Shared kitchen/diner with washing machine. Located on narrow street off piazza della signoria. Highly recommend for ambulant guests.

Rented room with accessible bathroom. Unfortunately this building is not suitable at all for wheelchair users though we had stated one guest in wheelchair. . Step at door. Lift too narrow for chair. Step down into apt.step up into kitchen

The host is a really thoughtful and kind girl. II can leave my luggage and come back to pick up almost whole day even though I checked out 10am. This is so helpful that I can spend one more day to explore Firenze without costing. The staff is cleaning everyday. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, it is so important to get clean wears if you are traveling many days. If I come back to Firenze, I certainly will choose this one again. One more thing, the breakfast included in my booking is assigned to a bar where you can see the palazzo. Standing by a table nearby the window, you will enjoy a very beautiful morning😊If you order in that bar separately, same cappuccino and croissant will cost you doubled fees. I give full scores to this Airbnb🤩

Dafne was very friendly and helpful with recommendations. The location was very good and we were actually able to do some laundry, which was a major bonus.

A little difficult to locate as the front entrance is hidden due to construction, which we were not advised of when making the reservation. The construction noise does start very early in the morning. Also, be advised the breakfast experience is somewhat disappointing as you are only allowed to stand at the Rivoire with the voucher provided and the Rivoire staff are very snooty 🤮

Excelent location, just one step and you are in Piazza Della Signoria! The rooms are clean and the air conditioned works very well, especially that we visited in a hot period (34 Celsius degrees). Dafne was very helpful and gave us information on the self check in and also helped a lot at our departure since the taxi was not coming. Also, it was a nice touch the voucher for an Italian breakfast (pastry and coffee) at Cafe Rivoire, facing Palazzo Vecchio.

Everything was great, the room was beautiful, and the location was perfect to pop back to the room to escape the heat easily.

The Location is Top 1! But the room and bathroom are very small . The Waschmaschine is super.

Our stay was wonderful! The location was amazing, with a window view of the city life. Very quiet, and very clean. Also great communication with property manager.
