The location is great, just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. It is also well connected to the other main sights in Rome. Room is super clean and there is air-condition, which means a lot during spring/summer in this city. We especially like the host, he is very dedicated to his job and really friendly. He also takes care of the breakfast, and his coffee is the best one we tried in Rome! We definitely recommend this B&B, and would book again here. Vielen Dank!

Getting to the place is a bit complicated with public transport. You have to change at least 2 lines (bus, metro, rail). Yes, you have the option for 40 eur shuttle bus, but it is still pricey compared to the public transport that will take you 9 eur. For the journey through the city, only Vatican is really close, for everything else you need public transport, especially if you want to reach the hotspots for nightlife. Be ready to pay extra 10 eur for late check-in.

The level of service is like 3-4 star hotel, which for a bed&breakfast accomodation is really high. The rooms are newly equipped, spacious, and the most important very clean (cleaned on a daily level). Alessandro (the host) is very polite and helpful, and tries to make your stay as best as possible. The neighbourhood is nice and calm with few great local 'trattorias' where you can try perfect food, enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Good location - 10minut walk to Vatican St.Peter square. 15 minutes to Castel Angelo. Good bus connections to city center, bus-stop very close to the apartment. Train station to travel from / to airport also very close - walking distance of 10 minutes - easily with luggage. Some bars and coffee around - some of them very touristic and expensive with terrible coffee on main road, but some in side street very nice with the local personnel and great coffee for 1 eur :). Kitchen seems to be equipped well, but we never used that.

Sliding window don't fit, don't seal properly and it allows noise from outside to enter the room. Fortunately street is very silent during the night, so not a big issue. Missing balcony furniture - literally nothing, just 3 noisy AC units (I assume it applies only to our appt.). I would also expect little better breakfast for the price - literally no vegetables, just buttered bun with slice of ham or cheese + egg. Everyday same thing. Anyway it is a morning time-saver.

It was like visiting an Italian relative. It is an apartment with 5 rooms, each with private bathroom. There's a kitchen in the center where every morning we meet other tourists from all over the world. We meet, greet and exchange information about tours. It's like family home, cozy, personal and intimate. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Mr. Armonie came every morning and set up the breakfast and whatever we needed, he was there to help. It's only 7 minute walk to Vatican and 20 minute bus ride to all the major tourist sites, so a great location. Overall very pleasant stay and highly recommend for Roman tour.

It's like a family home, so the walls were pretty thin, but everyone went to sleep after 10pm, so we were able to get good sleep.

The owner was the host, he was the cook and the one who greeted you. He put a lot of effort into making you comfortable and everything perfect.

When we first arrived in Rome we were a little later than expected and we didn't realize that this was not a hotel. This was a privately owned condo and you needed to be let in when you got there by a buzzer at the entrance. So it does not have a front desk and lobby, we were confused by this, but once we figured it out it was all fine. You do share the kitchen with the other people in the other rooms, but each room has there own bathroom and the doors lock individually as does the main door.

We stayed at this B&B for 2 nights in early March. The breakfast was very nice, a gentleman came every morning to make eggs and he also bought a delicious cake bread homemade. He was such an amazing person who went above and beyond to make you feel welcome, he gave us lots of local information. Top service. The room we stayed was nice, the whole B&B is maintained well. The location is fantastic close to everything, you literally go downstairs and you have loads of restaurants to eat and the bus stop. You could walk to the town centre 20mins. I would definitely recommend this B&B 👌.

The location is amazing, three minutes walk only from St Peter's square. Our host was always very professional and helpful. We loved our stay there !! We were there on Christmas and our host provided the traditional Pandoro (Christmas cake) for breakfast, we appreciated this gesture a lot !! It is an amazing place to stay for a very reasonable price ! Grazie mille !!

The walls are quite thin and we can hear the neighbors. I personnally was not fond of the mattress that was a bit too hard for me but that's just my feeling.

We arranged for transportation from the airport wthriugh the B&B and our driver was waiting at the airport with a sign with our name on it. We arrived late at night but we’re still greeted upon our arrival by Alessandro. The room was immaculately clean and the wifi was great. The location is perfect - we could walk to the Vatican and a short bus very close took us to the Plaza where walked to the Colesseum. The host at breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast was great. Cappuccinos we’re amazing. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

The host was great and provided us with breakfast to take with us on our tour since we didn’t have time to sit and eat. He also did the same as we left for our flight home. Having never stayed at a B&B before, I’d say this was a great experience. The room for 3 was smaller than expected, but it worked well for us. It was clean and had a balcony. The host even arranged transportation to and from the airport!! This was awesome and really helped us a lot!

The organisation at the property was excellent, the room clean and tidy with everything you needed. Joe was very helpful in every aspect. Breakfast was more than adequate.

It is not the best location in Rome but we new that before we booked. Very good for Vatican City.
