Location. The terrace and the restaurant is amazing. Unique atmosphere that you won’t forget. It is an experience. Very nice staff. Friendly service at the reception and at the breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant has very good food. The place is very clean and homely.

The room needs some work to be done. Felt very basic. No cattle for example if you would like to stay in the room and drink a glass of hot tea at night, only 2 bottle of water in the mini bar. But of course you can order from the restaurant. Old fashioned bathroom. Needs new tiles, repaint.

We totally enjoyed our stay here. We needed a room for three….we were traveling with our granddaughter, and this fit our needs perfectly, with a room that had a separate private alcove for her. Comfortable and clean, with a friendly staff. Breakfast was nice with eggs, fruit and pastries. Location was perfect for the Vatican with views of the statues atop the Bernini arms from the terrace, where we could enjoy a drink at the end of a long day.

It is about a 15 minute walk to the Metro line to get to the Pantheon and Colosseum.

I loved the situation of the hotel and the close proximity to the Vatican too. The breakfast was great and the rooftop terrace bar was stunning. All the staff were courteous and extremely helpful

I will have to say my only gripe was the American tourists who were extremely rude to the waiting staff at breakfast. I’ve come to understand that over many years of travelling that certain Americans abroad do not know how to conduct themselves in public and lack social skills when interacting with anyone outside of their own country.

The location was amazing - right beside St. Peter's Square and Basilica and in good walking distance to some lovely piazzas with restaurants nearby. The Terrace on the 4th floor was beautiful and overlooked St. Peter's - stunning at night with all the lights. The staff at the front desk were very well informed and helpful.

Our room was a good size but it had no view and the windows were partially tinted so a bit dark. We normally would have a glass or two of wine in our room but it was too dark to hang out in. We could sit on the terrace but we had to buy their drinks which were not cheap. We would have preferred a little more flexibility on that front. The thermos coffee in the breakfast room was not very good and not warm enough.

Very clean. Very safe. The room and bed were very comfortable. The staff was very good and accommodating. Breakfast was superb and offered lots of fresh fruit. The place has a view deck where you can relax during the day. At night, you can order drinks and food while you chill and relax after a long day or have it taken to your room.

We were assigned a room with a TV that didn't work. Then we got transferred to a room that had a television that worked but didn't have a fridge. This was a bummer since we bought packs of bottled water that we wanted to bring along for our day trips; and of course wanted them cold. We ended up asking for ice every morning to put in our water container.

centrally located , clean and quiet , very classy property . the manageress Ms Marianna was very helpful, courteous and very kind, not forgetting to mention that she was beautiful and very well groomed and spoke with a lot of understanding and concern knowing the fact that we are tourists, we actually did not have our phone charger and she without hesitation lent us her phone charger and also suggested us a shop nearby from where I could get a charger easily and for a steal deal. thank you Marianna.

The location was amazing! It overlooks St. Peter’s Square from their terrace where it’s the perfect setting for relaxing or pondering life. Enjoyed breakfast in their breakfast room. Friendliness of staff. The place inside while somewhat dated is comfortable and extraordinarily clean. The tile floors shine! I would stay again in a heartbeat if I am lucky enough to get back to Roma!

The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking! It was a lovely spot to sit for hours and enjoy the view of the Vatican dome. The terrace bar offered some food options and drinks to enjoy and there was plenty of seating. The room was comfy and a good size. The bathroom was bigger than I expected for Italy, which I appreciated. The view from your window isn’t as impressive as the terrace, but it’s in a wonderful location! Also, the hotel arranged early private transportation for me to the airport and simply added the cost to my hotel bill. I 100% recommend to travelers wanting to see the Vatican! Even if you choose not to go inside the Vatican, you get a taste of it by sitting on the hotel terrace. Day and night views were amazing!

I arrived at check-in time, but was told that my room wasn’t ready or cleaned due to water issues that day. I had to wait for over an hour to go to my room after a long day of traveling. But this is my only complaint, I still highly recommend this hotel!

The location is superb, next to St Peter's Square. The Hotel is very good and the room I had this time was really good. Some rooms are quite small. Always clean, the staff are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is excellent.

I stayed there at the beginning of my holiday, and the room was not what I expected. I paid for a better room and did not get it.

Location amazing - the very best - if you want to visit all the things at the Vatican. The roof terrace is phenomenal - magical view and setting amid the beautifully curated plantings. Staff very helpful, friendly, and efficient.

Bathroom was good for a European city hotel, but not premium. Same for the king bed. Terrace not open for coffee, lunch.
