The room and location were very nice.

When I booked this B&B, the pictures showed a kitchen so I thought that we would be having our breakfast on the premises. That was not the case. We were given tokens for a cafe around the corner which wasn't really a problem, just a surprise. The unfortunate thing about this is that we were only allowed 1 croissant and 1 coffee/cappuccino. We don't drink coffee for religious reasons and when we requested either hot chocolate or hot milk as a substitution they not only charged extra but the owner was pretty rude about it. We ended up buying food at the grocery store for our breakfast and we ate in the B&B kitchen. The kitchen stove could not be used (legally) but we could warm foods in the microwave and keep food in the refrigerator.

Property was in a great location 5-10mins walk from Vatican City. Room was a good size with a large comfy bed and nice clean bathroom….more than adequate for our needs as we were out all day sightseeing. Although very near the main road we did not hear any traffic noise to disturb us. Breakfast was taken in Captain Cono on the main street this is a great restaurant with delicious fresh food and friendly staff.

property is on the 6th floor of an apartment block and if the lift doors were not closed properly by previous occupants you had to use the stairs which we did have to the night we arrived!

it was clean and met our needs. we had restaurants within walking distance and the Vatican was a short walk. we walked into the center of Rome daily- made us realize we were happy that we were staying on outskirts, it was less busy/noisy. it took us a minute to locate and learn how to use elevator, but all good. Our hostess was super friendly and informative. I personally appreciated there was a building manager who seemed to monitor who was coming in/out-felt safe.

The property itself was fine. The balcony view was of other apartment buildings. the breakfast that came w/our stay had a cash limit - we ended up paying the difference for our breakfast. would still recommend staying there.

It's really close to the Centro and the room was not big but quite comfortable and clean with the balcony as a major bonus. In general i think this location has a fair price and a great value. For Vatican aficionados i would give it a 10, for the rest of the population a 9

The subway situation in this location is not very good, so you mainly depend on busses to be able to move around otherwise you'll get tired of walking easily. But that's Rome - a lot of walking up and down) so you should definitely invest in a metro pass, in includes the trenitalia trains also and the station is only five minutes away.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at this B&B. Check-in directions were clear and easy. My one-person room with an individual bed was honestly perfect. It had a nice view of the Vatican dome, the wifi was good, there was a desk, and the bathroom was a good size. I was even able to move the desk to make enough room to practice yoga! The breakfast consists of you taking a token to a nearby cafe that grants you a cappuccino or espresso and a cornetto (croissant). This is a typical Italian breakfast so I was pleased with it. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a coffee maker.

I am honestly surprised that the place's overall rating isn't higher. The only thing that I thought could be improved were the dated, not-so-stylish decorations in the common area. Maybe others don't like the location, but I thought it was perfect. I enjoyed walking over the bridges to reach the other side of the Tiber and walking back through the Vatican city to reach my place.

I loved everything about this B&B. Valentina was lovely and answered any questions I had. Room was fine for 2 and spotless. Lovely location with a lovely little bar called McQueens about 10 feet away that opens at 5pm and food was lovely and good price. Also 4 lovely cafes around the corner. A 10 minute walk to the Vatican and we used the 916 bus which stops outside the cafes that took us to Plaza Veneza which is in the city so that was handy

I wasn't unhappy about anything. Maybe an iron in the B&B as my clothes where very creased but the laundrette beside it where very obliging and pressed my clothes within an hour

It was easy to find. Train station close by. Room lovely and clean. Beds really comfortable. Room was warm. We had a balcony. I read before I went that someone had complained about the breakfast choice included in the price. I however thought it was good. You get tokens to use in the cafe around the corner. The tokens are worth a certain amount of money and you can either use them for your whole breakfast or pay extra for other items. The lady at the cafe was lovely and explained what we needed to do. I would definitely book again if I was returning to Rome.

I can’t say anything I didn’t like. However my friend didn’t like the lift up to the 6th floor, but that’s only because she doesn’t like lifts. It is small and old but it does the job it’s supposed to do.

The location was really good, very close to the Vatican and easy access to the transportation... Good places to eat just 3 min away.. I like to walk so for me was no problem to go to the main places... A good point was my host always good communication.. the area is quiet so after a long day is good to sleep with NO noise around.. I felt safe even when I had to take a bus at 4am to reach the terminal.. For one person traveling alone and looking for a place to sleep I recommend...

This is NOT a complain is a comment for visitors if you have equipment to charge like me ( set of cameras, laptop, mobile,extra batteries) get an extra charger and Adapter, if you don't want to spend time waiting one by one...

Communicating with Valentina was very easy. She responded to messages quickly and gave clear instuctions of how to access the hotel and amenities. The location was ideal for visiting the Vatican and also wasn't too far from other attractions in Rome. The bar where you can pick up breakfast (a croissant and coffee each) in the morning was only a short walk and pretty good. The room was clean and comfortable and we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find out we had access to a balcony as well as a shared refrigerator and freezer.

As I mentioned the location is excellent for access to the Vatican. We love long walks so did not mind that it was over a mile to walk to Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Colosseum etc. however if being very close to these things is important, the location of this hotel may not be ideal.

Nice little apartment, great location for what we wanted to see, we just used the taxi app to order 1 if we wanted to go further, never waited more than 4 minutes for a taxi to arrive, some nice restaurants around the area alot cheaper than around the sites, we would stay again if we went back, the host was alway very quick to reply to any messages i sent, kitchen area was nice also
