Price didn't include breakfast, and even if it did, we do not like Italian breakfast, which consists of only sweets. There was good quality coffee though, we were thankful for that.

The only problem was after booking, when I changed the dates (actually I only reduced the number of days). I was informed that I have to pay more per day in that case. Even though my booking was from July (for staying here in October), because I was reducing a few days I had to pay the current price of the time of changing the dates (which was September)! In two months the prices had increased a lot in Rome, and there were almost no hotels left available. So it became a terrible problem for me. I resolved it with Booking, but it took a long time and was traumatising honestly. If you ever consider reducing your number of days later, don't! Or be aware that you will have to pay the updated price for your booking that you made months earlier from a good price.

Very nice room, spacious and close to the Vatican in a quiet street (no traffic passing through). The host was really friendly. We arrived rather late and the rooms are difficult to find but the owner waited for us on the corner of the street. The room has all facilities you need for a city trip, nice to have a small fridge in the room to keep some drinks and fruits cold. The bus stop to the city center is very nearby. The place is really quiet.

Breakfast is in a small coffeeshop around the corner. The breakfast only consists of a croissant or creamy alternative, no sugarfree or healthier alternatives such as bread, yoghurt or fruits.

The room was very spacious and comfortable. All the basic needs for a short stay were there. There were snacks available in the room, and breakfast was served every day at a nearby bar. Apart from that there is all the privacy and silence necessary to work. A excellent place to stay. The lady at the door was very helpful and nice. She was also available all the time on whatsapp.

Everything was in order.

Very good location, close to Vatican. Right next to the B&B there is a fantastic restaurant Dai Miei.

It might be a bit loud in case there are some other tourists that are a bit louder. It was never loud in the night, though.

Super location next to S. Peters Basilica. The host is amazing, waited for us for a few hours at midnight. We enjoyed our room and our mornings and nights in balcony. It was very convenient to go to the bar right next door for breakfast, Mr. Claudio was an extremely warm and friendly café keeper, we felt very welcome.

there was no receptionist in the morning . No milk for the coffee. The coffee offered was for a coffee maker used.

We loved the location of the hotel, super quiet and the lady who welcomed us was very nice and attentive . There is lot of places to eat close to the building. And is very safe around. We will definitely comeback to this hotel.

It was all good.

The woman who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bathroom was pretty large for the size of the room. There were quite a few outlets which was very handy for charging devices.

Exceptional host ,very accommodating,let us keep the luggage before and after our stay. Thank you very much again! Perfect location for visiting Vatican

The room was amazing. Clean, and an amazing location. Walking distance to bus stops and the Vatican!
