Totally recommended, if you want to stay in the city centre of Rome and to have all the sights nearby accessable by walk. It's just about 10 minutes from Vatican and 5 minutes from a subway station. The price/quallity ratio is great, the room was nice and clean with its own bathroom and aircon, for reasonable price. Staff is very kind and friendly. You can enjoy breakfast in nearby caffé which is about 50 meters from the house. You will obtain a cup of coffee and croissant of your choice, which is quite small portion (at least for me), nevetheless it's very tasty. We were totally satisfied and if I returned to Rome, I'd choose this place again.

I like this hotel, the location is very good, you can find a lot of cafes and restaurants near it. It is 10 minutes walk from Vatican and not far from the Spain Square. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Several words about the hosts, they were very friendly and ready to help with any question. I would recommend to stay at this place when you are in Rome

The owner was very kind and helpful Close to the vatican city, it was 4 blocks away Clean, and because off it was valentines say, they left us a heart box full of chocolates!! So thoughtful 💕 💖 ❤️

What i liked the most was the location of the apartment, it was at the center of Rome and my transport was so easy that i didn't need any transportation , also the host was very professional , he spoke with us immediately after our arrival and he gave us information about the apartment, also the breakfast was very nice and next to our building. Next time i will visit Rome St. Peter Central Rooms B&B it will be my first choice.

- The owners are lovely. - Short walk from metro station and from Vatican. - Very quiet at night. - Good restaurants around the B&B. - You can contact the owners at any time. - There is a lift which is small, but does the job for getting to 3rd floor. Especially if you have the luggage. - It is possible to leave your luggage, if you are arriving early or leaving late. - Good value for money. - Rooms are being cleared daily.

- Breakfast is very limited (Coffee, juice and one pastry option) which is served at a place opposite. - There is coffee and tea available however it is in shared area, not in the room.

I loved how easy it was to arrive from the airport, and easy to bus to a train station to continue my trip. Lots of great restaurants nearby and cafes and so close to the Vatican City! Hosts were great at communicating and the room was clean with a wonderful window.

We were two friends visiting in January. Super comfortable beds that ensured deep and good sleep that was much needed after a long day exploring Rome. The bathroom was good and all in all a very value-for-money choice! It is centrally located within walking distance from St.Peter and within a few blocks away from Ottaviano metro station which can get you within a few minutes to all main Roman attractions. The street itself is quiet and the area is safe! You have two lovely bakeries and cafes right next to the main building entrance. Alessio our host was responsive in a timely manner and helped us a lot during our stay! We cannot recommend this place more when you decide to visit Rome!

The location was perfect. Vatican City was a walking distance . Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Easy connection with transport ( metro and bus) The room was spacious, clean and we were provided with a fridge. Lighting was amazing from the sun. Building where the B&B is located was lovely with a beautiful courtyard The manager was very helpful and friendly. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Breakfast coupons are redeemable at a cute cafe just around the corner

Not something we didn't like but maybe the front door to the apartment should be checked. Was a bit hard to open at times.

The room we lived in was perfect for us. Most of the time we were visiting sightseeings or went shopping and came back lately for rest and sleep. The room had three beds, a bathroom and a small fridge for drinks covering all necessities of ours. The room was cleaned during our time in Rome and Alessio our contact person was available whenever we needed him. Thank you for the good time! I‘d love to come again :))

The location is very near to the historic center and conveniently reached by taxi, bus, tram and subway. As it's right in the center of Prati, there are many restaurants and shops around. The owners are very friendly and welcoming, helping with any questions you might have and making your stay a very pleasant experience! I will for sure book with them again!
