Property was close to a lot of tourist attractions which is awesome. Customer service and breakfast were very good. Matteo was very informative. He gave us suggestions on where are the best places to go and restaurants to eat. He made sure that we were comfortable in our stay and offered us a nice bottle of wine on our last night. The rest of the staff were very nice too.

There are a lot of things that could improve. A full size mirror would be a good addition to the room. Walls could use some repainting. Otherwise the room we stayed in was very clean. I would also have appreciated if they changed the sheets since we stayed about 6 nights. Towels were changed daily but somewhat smelled like vinegar.

The staff so very welcoming,trustworthy and helpful some good suggestions for food at an affordable price and they were able to book taxis for us which I would recommend as there are quite a few bad taxi service even on the apps.Very close to the Vatican and the Tiber river ,the bed was amazing and the most comfortable bed we have slept in the room was clean .

The decor on arrival was a little drab in the hall and could do with an overall paint job however the actual guesthouse entrance was ok just a little small,the breakfast was a little poor as not very good choice.Some of the furniture in the room needs up dating.

The location was an easy walk to great restaurants and we felt very safe. The rooms were very clean! It was set up with about 4 rooms sharing a centrally located “foyer” with tables and chairs, but we had our individual bathrooms within our rooms. We loved opening the windows and letting in the sunlight. The staff was super helpful too!!

There were a few minor maintenance items in the bathroom that could use some maintenance - the door frame was broken and the shower drain was sitting there instead of attached. BUT it was so clean that this was easy to overlook!!

We booked for a family of five including a four months old baby. The listing did not have a baby crib but we are surprised that it was thoughtfully provided anyway. The cleanliness is top notch. The staff especially Matteo is very attentive and great in giving tips about the best places and restaurants in the city. The property is close to almost all the top attractions and the Vatican City. Nice breakfast to start the day. Will definitely book here again when we come back.

Wow Beautiful place to stay, the Rooms are clean, modern and very cosy, we loved everything from the traditional Italian breakfast to the very handy location for Vatican city But what made our stay even better Is the staff they all go above and beyond. My daughter sprained her Ankle 1st day in Rome and Matteo did everyday to make sure she was ok. He was always checking if she needed ice for her Ankle lovely people Really want to say a massive thank you to all staff and thank you Matteo for arranging a magnificent tour and making our stay in Roma truly Amazing 100% recommend and we will be back in the new year x

We really enjoyed our stay. Matteo and his staff are so welcoming and helpful. We planned to leave early in the morning and would miss breakfast so his staff kindly made us a breakfast the night before and left it in our room. The atmosphere is very warm, the rooms are a good size, very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable. It's located just a few minutes walk from the Vatican, and under a half hour walk to the colosseum. It's also near public transport but we preferred to walk as to see more of the city. Highly recommend staying here.

Matteo, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. He directed us to a convenient parking facility, recommended great restaurants and gave valuable advice on our sightseeing excursions. During breakfast we overheard another couple asking for fresh fruit - Matteo immediately went out and brought back the asked for fruit! Just one example of how he goes out of his way to make his guests happy. When we returned from dinner on our last night, we found a complimentary bottle of Prosecco in our room! A very nice gesture! The b&b is in a fantastic location for visiting St. Peter's and the Vatican Museums. The room was clean and big enough for a family of three.

Matteo is an amazing host. Very kind, attentive, hospitable - he is so lovely. The room was cleaned regularly, the breakfast and coffee are great, the staff is quick and polite, smiling and kind. The location is perfect - on one side is the castle of St. Angelo, and on the other side you walk out in front of St. Peter's Basilica. There are great restaurants nearby and Matteo is so good at letting you know where to go, what to see and eat. Thank you and we will be back again!

The location was excellent, as envisaged. The property was clean, quiet and well maintained. Matteo Peluso and his team were wonderful and helpful. Our flight reached lateer than expected and we requested a delayed check out, both of which were accommodated, with a smile. Nothing about the property was to dislike

Mateo was a great host. Offering delicious breakfast & unexpected extra support to make our short stay memorable and comfortable. From picking us up from the train station (5 minutes drive away) to buying airport shuttle bus tickets for us which was a 15 minute walk to bus stop. Its location is perfect for our objectives & is a 5-10 minute walk to the Vatican city, shops & restaurants exactly as described. I would use this facility again.
