Fabrizio is a really helpful and nice host! The rooms have a vintage classic style and the building has the clean wood smell, which is amazing! The room was renewed and exceptionally clean, bathroom amazing, has every facilities you needed for a short stay and more like a hotel. The location is very close to castle san angelo and vatican. We enjoyed our stay alot!

Nothing! The sheets they got some dust, hairs which was not ours maybe from Cleaning machines probably.

Very good location. Area felt very safe. Plenty of shops/restaurants nearby. Fabrizio was a great host and responded to messages immediately. The place was very clean. Teas & coffee provided with a kettle. The shower was wonderful and the bathroom was a good size. Shampoo, soap and shower caps were provided. Very quiet, despite the location on a busy road. Once the windows were closed it was almost silent. Aircon worked very well. Would definitely recommend for couples.

The bed was a lot smaller than expected. I have a standard double bed at home which felt much bigger. Didn't sleep well unfortunately. The key to the corridor (after the entrance) was not working. Fabrizio was very helpful and kind enough to buzz us in whenever we needed but it still made me cautious of being out late at night.

It was in a super convenient location, very easy to get to and from the airport with with SIT shuttle bus. Great amount of delicious restaurants around that you can pop to after a long day of sightseeing. Also only a 20-30 min walk into the centre so really close! The air conditioning was a savior as we were in Rome during some really hot days. Loved the old building and old lift too!

The bed was smaller than expected but it did the job!

Very nice and clean room in a great location, perfect size for the two of us. The neighborhood was very nice and had many amenities just a few minutes away. There was also easy walking access to the subway and many bus stops. Fabrizio was very helpful and came to check us in outside of regular hours. He also arranged a taxi to take us back to the airport at 0500, which was incredibly helpful!

Our only issue was the AC unit could not quite keep up during our visit - the apartment is on the 5th floor and we were there when every day was around 40C. While the AC did help some, it never did quite feel cool.

Very stylish room with all that you need for a short stay. The room was quiet and clean. The view from the 5th floor was astonishing. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, close to Castel Sant'Angelo and the Vatican. In the area, you can find some small convenience stores and restaurants. Just around the corner is fantastic gelateria. Is also not too far to hop in and hop-out buses. Last but not least the neighborhood seems to be safe and secure.

Fabrizio's rooms are located in a wonderful area, almost close to everything. There are many options for coffee and restaurants. The location was perfect for us. It is not fully crowded as in other touristic areas, while Vatican is 700meters away and always full of people. Yes you can hear the sound of the cars but this is part of a big city and when you close the sound proof windows , you get to enjoy the silence. The building and the room is very well taken cared of. From the first moment when the great big wooden door opens , you notice the fresh smell and the nice style. We stayed in the Carlota room which is exactly as in the pictures. The actual bedroom is not very big , neither is the bed the width of which was not bigger than 130cm . I got a bit anxious at the begging but we manage to fit perfectly. All these are clearly stated on the rooms details and pictures. Fabrizio has been proved very helpful, effective and professional as he would respond in our needs and questions almost asap. He also gives the alternative of having or not, your room cleaned upon request, which is really very convenient. He takes care of the details and he welcomes his guests with snacks and prosecco. Coffee is available 24hours.

The automated light at the hall and in the bathroom. We would prefer if we could turn it of our self's. Also the dust on the leg of the coffee table, (it can be forgotten some times). These are really very small details compared to the services provided

gorgeous room in a little 3 bedroom/suite hotel apartment type place. really well equipped with everything you need for a short stay including attention to detail and little extras. there is a lift which is great for luggage. very spacious bathroom and lovely toiletries provided. super close to the Vatican and a short walk to everything else

check in was a bit confusing as well as finding the building (no signage) but address is correct on booking

The room was lovely and very clean, and the building facilities (including elevator) were charming and efficient! The location was very convenient, with public transportation within easy walking distance and some of our favorite attractions close by. The food in the area was very good. We highly recommend!

No complaints!

Neat rooms. Friendly and very responsive host. Walking distance to some of the best spots like Vatican, Castel Sant'Angelo. Safe neighborhood and apartment. Very nice welcome kit of a prosecco, water bottles (not cheap in Italy), instant cappucino and coffee packs.

Late check-in fee of 20 euros. Have never had to pay this before this before, so was a bit surprised.

Idéal situation . large rooms with a typical classic deco . comfortable bad . beautiful building entry . easy auto check in
