The location is excellent. Everything is within walking distance. We also like the convenience of the transfer from and to the airport and the ability to store luggage before departure. In terms of breakfast, the selection of coffees, juices, cereals, and fresh cakes was very good. We have also the choice of different bread, toasts, parma ham, normal ham, a selection of cheeses, jams etc. Water and coffees are available 24/7. Rooms were regularly cleaned, and toiletries refilled. The staff was very friendly.

Room size and staff very helpful and accommodating especially if you want them to store luggage if you arrive early, or book you transportation from the airport, they are happy to arrange this.

If you give them your flight details for a transfer to the hotel, ensure you give them a time as well which allows you to get your luggage(this took us a while, at least 45mins from landing) as the driver seemed to be waiting as soon as the flight landed which isn't realistic and I was getting messages to check on us as he had a booking to go to next.

The location was amazing! We were literally steps away from the Trevi fountain! Avoid using booking.com to reserve though. Same goes for Priceline, they are the same company and are both created from the loins of Satan himself.

Booking/Priceline.com is a fraudulent company. I have several complaints against them for financial crimes pending. Do not use them to book your vacation. You will be sorry and you have been warned!

The location is great for all attractions, close to the Vatican and the Metro is close by. the rooms are well equipped and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. tea, coffee is replenished regularly. breakfast is nice, good selections and plentiful. the staff could not be more helpful, nothing is to much trouble, I would highly recommend.

I can't put 10 stars because instead of 3 nights, we spent 2 there. The day before arrival, I was told that the hotel was overbooked. And we were accommodated in the Hotel Adriatic, which is 2 stars. And then instead of one room with 3 beds, we were given 2 separate rooms, which is terribly inconvenient when you have a plane at 6 am, and you need to get up at 4 am.

Very good location. Very clean. Comfortable bed, good bathroom and excellent air conditioning as the weather was very hot! The breakfast was basic and good value.

The building lift was fairly small and old and sometimes difficult to operate, but that is no fault of the owner.

Location was just 10-30 min walk to Vatican, st. Peter's Basilica, Trevi fountain and colloseum. It was Centralized. And you're right upstairs to a gelateria! Staff was super at helping me out with amenities and travel. Breakfast was simple pastries, cereals, breads and deli (standard European).

The noise from the busy road was slightly audible with windows closed. I'm a super light sleeper but could sleep through it. Definitely not able to sleep with windows open due to traffic noise and proximity to a hospital (ambulance siren).

Th location was perfect in just a few minutes w wer in St áptera cathedral.very addictive and clan building . Th e room as beautiful an modern . Very clan . To balconies with lots of light and nice breeze . The service as excellent we wer able to check in early .very nice . Th breakfast was execellent .buffet but w ate it in our room for covit safety.close to a minimart ,2gelaterie and trattoria cesare is close by (Michelin restaurant) . Parking for our MG at the plaza park near by .

Nothing all as execellent

The location for me was excellent. The room was very spacey, with the high ceiling and a big windows. I loved that there was a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. A beautiful view from the window. A very comfy bed with the firm mattress.

Except of the bed the other furniture in the room was the cheapest items from IKEA and not really enough for such a big space. The closet was too little even for one person, like nothing. The safe was fixed to nothing. :-) This lowered the impression a bit
