We have stayed with Jb Relais previously when they were on the upper floors (has moved to a few floors below). Good decor, staff very friendly and helpful. if they are not at reception, they are available via phone or WhatsApp. Good central location, rooms clean, spacious and decorated to a modern but classical style.

The location is perfect. It's 10..20min walk to any main attraction and around 25min walk to the Vatican. Right in front of the location there is a Coop store opened until 8PM which is very convenient. The staff was so great and we thank you for your warm welcome. The bed is comfortable, not too soft and not too hard, just right. All in all, this place has everything you need for a stay in Rome

There is really nothing to complain about.

Air con worked well, very important in the Italian summer! Good shower, nice size bathroom. Bed was comfortable and TV had Netflix which was a bonus! Good location, 5 mins walk to all bars and restos. A nice touch to have bath robes in the room! Helpful staff.

Minor annoyance of the wardrobe door banging (had to keep the doors open to avoid the banging when walking around the room) not a huge issue at all- would not stop us from staying again :)

Fantastic location with super helpful staff. The room met expectations regarding cleanliness and comfort. Getting to and from the hotel was really easy and the car service for the airport pickup and collection was of a very high standard.

Only issue is the early closure of the reception, it would be nice to have someone there for the evenings to provide tips and recommendations of where to go for evening dinner.

Still so glad I found this boutique hotel 3 years ago. Always a wonderful experience staying here when I’m in Rome. It truly is a hidden gem. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The shower is amazing and the interior is so good! The location is perfect if you plan to visit all the tourist spots, everything is just a 10-20 min walk from the hotel. Located at the heart of Rome but still on a very quiet street. The staff are extremely efficient, pleasant and helpful. I can’t wait to visit again!

location and convenience

they could only provide one door key do we were constantly waiting for family to meet us back at hotel. very inconvenient. they have a code to get into building and code to get into hotel but the room door only 1 key to get in. not sure why they just don’t either install code on door or give you more than I key…,big drawback that can be easily fixed

Good central location. clean room.

It wasn’t clear from the listing that the “hotel” is really a suite of several hotel rooms retrofitted into what appears to otherwise be a building full of professional offices. The desk is staffed from 8AM until Noon and it is otherwise self service. I don’t mind that kind of arrangement, but it was not exactly what I understood based on the description.

Location. The staff is very useful and very friendly. Rooms so spacious, clean and modern decorated. Beds comfortable. Room design is high quality. Espresso machine and complementary water and snacks. Amazing value for money!

Although the shower was extremely comfortable and designed in a modern chic, the hot water pressure wasn't good enough.

The room was lovely, very homely and the bed was very big and comfortable, bathroom was great. Good amenities, free water was a great addition. The location was amazing, within walking distance of everything you would want to see. The staff were all lovely, very accommodating and gave good advice about where to go for different things when we first arrived. Would definitely stay again if we were to come back and would 100% recommend.

Nothing we didn’t like!

Everything about this lovely and pristeen place was an 11‼️Could not possibly be more comfortable, better located or have a staff and manager more concerned with my comfort and well/being. They went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed. The caring touch is what makes this an exceptional hospitality experience. Loved the breakfast, suggestions, amenities, spaciousness and a supermarket across the street! Grazie Valentina e tutti‼️
