clean and spacious room, quick check in with friendly staff. close to St Angelo castle

It is absolutely great location - basicly 15-20 mins walk from the city center or Vaticano. From the nearest metro station - there is less then 10mins walk. There is plenty of nice restaurants and bars within couple of minutes walk. Just on other side of street - there is supermarket. Rooms are clean and spacious, equipped in everything you need. Towels are fresh and clean, beds are OK. Breakfast is said to be continental, there is not plenty to choose, however is enough.

What is missing? Some kind of "feeling" that someone takes care about you. There is continental breakfast served as buffet, however noone takes care to check is something is not missing (you need to ask for it). One can find the tea and the kettle in the room - but there are no mugs in the room. In case you need to have your trash taken away - you need also to ask. Check-in is stated to be since 11:30, as we have chatted before coming - our rooms should be ready 11:30-12:00, and in fact they were 1h delayed. Those are smaller issue - but they blur the overall great picture.

Great location. Very friendly staff! Clean room which actually looked better than the pictures. Good value for money considering other options in Rome.

The breakfast was terrible.

Very clean! Clean bathroom, clean bed, clean towels, clean blankets. Easy access. No receptionist-you get instructions via WhatsApp so make sure your mobile phone is charged and ready for communication with the owner. Breakfast was available already at 630am even if the information in the room said it is only available between 8am and 10am. Not sure if this is always the case. You get shampoo, bath foam, and some other bathroom items and don't need to bring it on your own. It is perfect location to visit St.Pauls cathedral. Only 15 minute walk. I can definitely recommend this for a couple of days (we only stained one night).

We could not find the TV remote control :)

The location was good. A quiet area near a grocery store and restaurants. We were able to walk to many areas and a taxi stand was on the next block, but beware if raining it is near impossible to catch a taxi. The location had an elevator and a good breakfast. The host was able to hold our luggage when we arrived early and after we check out. The manager on duty was helpful but limited English.

The King bed was ok but the twin beds in the other room were very hard with very thin pillows. Also only one very small garbage container in the apt.

It was a last minute find and I am really pleased, an absolute steal with the price too! Great communication with the owner on how to access the place. Only a few rooms in the place so I can totally understand staff won’t be there full time. Excellent location, the place is just behind Castello Sant Angelo, and an easy walk to the Vatican. I literary walked everywhere, even to the Colloseo and back. Express bus service stop just outside the place so that’s a bonus too, save you from travelling to dodgy Termini

I loved this place and would recommend it wholeheartedly. A great find and a great value. ––Fantastic location: you can walk everywhere (also right next to the airport shuttle bus stop, a huge convenience) ––Wonderful service and management: warm, generous staff, so helpful in every way. Nothing was too much trouble. –– Beautiful place: tasteful decor, really comfortable room with a great bed, a touch of luxury. Beautiful spacious bathroom, every amenity you could need. Spotlessly clean. Strong wifi. –– Full breakfast buffet, complimentary. I was only able to stay one night, but I would have happily stayed here a whole week and would definitely stay here again next time I visit Rome. Many thanks to the kind staff who made everything so easy for me, especially with my late arrival and brief stay.

Great location, the shuttle bus stop to the Fiumicino airport is right in front of the building. The host was very kind, first it was tricky to get into the apartment, but we got help on the phone. Vatican is in walking distance, but also the city centre on the other side of the Tevere. and Lepanto metro station is only 10 mins walk. Bed was very comfortable. Room was facing the street, but we could not hear anything. We'll stay here next time we come back. Great place 👍

Breakfast was excellent it consisted of eggs, cheese, sausage, cereal, coffee juice toast. The place was very cute and very clean. The decor was newly renovated and very posh looking. The proprietor was kind and accommodated our plane delays which was very kind.

The shower was cute but did not have a curtain. When showering it was difficult to keep the water from going everywhere. There is nothing else that we did not like. The place was delightful.

Initially a problem with broken shower which delayed our check-in. However, the gentleman on duty was a great help. Even gave us pastries to make up for the initial problems
