The highest rating from me, of all the apartments, 13 years of my travels !!! I was impressed by the sweets on the table every day, a special toilet for my cat, a toilet filler and a new bag next to it, a bowl for the cat !!! I arrived a day later, I had problems with the plane. The owners of the apartment gave me money for this day, it's a shock! It's incredible!!! I didn't expect this and it had never happened before. These people also have a shelter for animals. These are high class people, you can see it in the little things, in relation.Thank you very much for supporting all the time in Rome and with taxi !!!🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Excellent location, on a quiet back street, at 3-4 minutes of walking distance to the Vatican Museums' entrance. Great if you want to visit the Vatican early in the morning. The kitchen is stocked with sweets and juice for a quick morning snack, which was a nice surprise. It was also one of the cleanest accommodations we stayed at throughout Italy, better even than some 4* hotels. The hosts were helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, even though we didn't meet them during our stay - mainly due to us being out from early morning to after midnight. There's also a small bar on the ground floor, Cantinero, with friendly people and where we stopped every evening for a nightcap :)

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but everything else made up for it.

Whole apartment was clean and matched the pictures excacty. The apartment itself had three rooms to rent. Air-conditioning in the room was efficient eventhough outside temperature was over 35°c. Surrounding neighborhood had many restaurants and bars to choose from. Location is close to Vatican but also city center could easily be reached with metro/tram/bus or even by foot. Our host was friendly and willing to help with everything and gave some practical suggestions of restaurants and sightseeing.

Sound isolation could be better. Some might be disturbed of the noises coming from the corridor or kitchen.

Three independent rooms each with own bathroom, sharing a cosy perfectly equipped kitchen that is remotely supervised by video camera. perfectly cleaned every day and bed made like in hotels. close to entry of Vatican museums. Can be reached by car, parking across the street in garage available, center of Rome easily accessible on foot, passing Peter’s Dome, crossing Tiber river on one of the bridges

The location is close to the Vatican, the Tiber River, the Tevestre, but most importantly it is located directly above the most gracious and welcoming bar named the Cantinero. Between the warm was of the owners that were always available to assist in ensuring I had a taxi from the airport to the B&B or getting into the room when I arrived late at night, and helping me plan 3.5 days worth of Rome touring. This was my first B&B experience and it left an incredible impression. It would have more engaging if COVID didn’t restrict a homemade breakfast from the owners and I was looking forward to meeting any other occupant.

I like almost everything about it. I liked the location that it was at. I liked that I had the option to leave my bags there and come back for them after check out.

There was a light that was used to let you know about the step that appears right after you enter the room. It would turn on my movement in the room or anywhere in the place. However, it came with a loud clicking sound when it came on.

Easy walk to the Vatican and metro. Super clean! Owner was very gracious and told us about various areas and things to do in Rome. A wealth of information! Also had recent travel books (Rick Steves, etc) about Rome available for guest use.

Surrounding area not very scenic or tidy, but typical for Rome

Very comfortable bed and nice room with everything you need. Close to the Vatican and to a Metro Station. Very nice hosts, thank you, Francesco!

The property is very well located 4 min from Cipro subway station. it is a private apt with three separated rooms. it was renovated not so long ago. the bathroom is quite big. there is AC

there is not so much privacy. but the neighbors were quite during my stay

We didn't opt for breakfast but the property owners where generous enough to ask us to have cake biscuits and other stuffs kept on dining table. Specially cake was delicious 😋

Rooms are bit small but I think because of location we didn't mind much .
