Tmark Hotel Vaticano

Superb location, cross-the-street from Vatican Museum. Walkable distance to main sights in Rome, also relatively close to metro stop Ottaviano. Rooftop terrace with nice view, ideal for relaxation during sunny days.

The location was perfect. Our room had a bottle of complementary wine which was great for the wind down from a long flight.

When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk that checked us in informed me that breakfast was $20 per person. I purchased breakfast at the time I booked the r. He told me that it did not show on his list that I had purchased breakfast. After going to the room, I checked my email confirmation and in deed I had purchased the breakfast in advance. It was then that he told me not to worry about it and he would add my name to the breakfast list. Not sure if it was an oversight or he was trying to get me to pay more money. Glad I had proof!

Very clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was AMAZING! the best cappuccino I've ever had.

We were never told that there was no AIr Conditioner available for use in the room. We found out after check-in that the A/C in the rooms is not turned on until the end of May. That was a HUGE disappointment for us. Thankfully, that night, the temperature dropped, and we opened the windows, and it was cool enough to let us sleep, but the outside noise continued waking us up.

i used to visit this hotel every year when it was Alimandi. A couple years ago the hotel was bought by a different company and it doesn’t feel the same. Brakfast is not very good. However still a nice hotel right next to Vatican

I like the location. The staff were friendly and very comfortable.

Only issue we had was that we asked for self laundry service and got referred by the hotel to Lavanderia Roma • Via Santamaura which we don't recommend. Please don't refer the hotel guests to that laundry place. They ruined alot of our clothes. It made holes in alot of our clothes, im guessing from the chemical they used or from the heat of their machines.They were referred to us by the hotel but dont refer guests there.But no issues with the hotel.

If your taking a tour of the vatican you cant get any closer to the front gates. we were right next door to where we met out tour guy guide. For the Colosium and other sites your about a 10 minute $15 ride to them

location value and staff very good . very quiet at night. Staff helped with directions. Good supply of hot water for bath liked the 4th floor terrace in the evening

Small glass door for shower , I had to stay at one side of the tub to shower but still some water splashed on floor. At night the hallway light did not come on as we approached the room 303 door . I hit my read on door while trying to get in. Wi-fi wasn't working very well in the room but the lobby wi-fi was fine. I do not think the sheets were changed every day.

The location was amazing, right opposite the Vatican City gates!!!! Easy access to metro stations too and plenty to see in the vicinity. Most AMAZING staff! Olga and Andrea were so helpful and welcoming, we can't thank them enough for their time and tips - such great people. The rooftop terrace was a beautiful place to unwind after our busy days and soak in the atmosphere, would recommend to anyone visiting Rome this is the place to stay!

Location is great if you are going to the Vatican and there is a grocery store very near, metro is close too and many good local restaurants to choose from. Staff was helpful and provided a map highlighting top spots to visit and a reasonable walking route.

This location is noisy as there is a lot of traffic and the meeting spot for tours is right next door, but that's what you get for this location right across from the Vatican Museum entrance. The air conditioning wasn't loud, but I did notice it even with earplugs.
