Lombardo Suites

Hotel location was great ! It is spacious and in a quiet location close to all nice restaurants, attractions. Staff was very friendly, courteous, helpful and very hospitable, caring like a family. Vaneza and Oliver at front desk were great - they spoke English well. Other support staff who didn't speak English were also great & would communicate thru translator app. Wi-Fi was excellent. Housekeeping was very good. They cleaned my apartment every day, replenished water bottles, linens, towels etc. They would even clean all the utensils left in the sink. The hotel was very safe and also the location was very safe.

The suites are very well located, next the the Chapultepec park and very near to Paseo de La Reforma street. I was amazed by the amount of light in the room and nice temperature. Room was spacious, with kitchen corner. The kitchen was equipped with the basic dishes. The bathroom was also great - a lot of light, big mirror and no problem with hot water. The terrace on the roof was amazing. I must also mention the very kind and helpful receptionist and good breakfast (I was lucky they were making chilaquiles that day.

Bathroom could be cleaner - I found the rests of make up powder by the sink and remnants of foreign hair.

Lomdardo Suites is located in a very nice neighborhood, it is very safe to walk around and it's close to Chapultepec park, Roma Norte and Polanco areas. The room was very spacious and clean. We got free bottles of filtered water every day. I'd stay again if I visited Mexico City. Breakfast is decent (you can even order an omelette)

Noise insulation was not great, you could hear sounds from the street since the early morning and there were also maintenance work performed in other rooms of the hotel up to 6pm. The safe is very small (it cannot store a laptop). Our room's door lock should better be replaced soon (but the hotel is quite safe since there are people in the reception 24/7 & cameras)

The apartment hotel is located in edge of Polanco, a safe area and very close to the museum and park, also 15min on foot you can reach the street Masaryk where there are a lot of chic restaurants. Staff are super helpful and nice, room is spacious. The terrace above is amazing.

My boss and I stayed in room 13 and 14, the side to the street, every morning around 5.00 am there is noise, moreover these 2 rooms never have sun shine direction to north-west, very cold at night, no heat at room. Breakfast is very basic, we had to buy extra food every day.

the room was very spacious and the staff very helpful. We arrived I. an early flight with my baby, they let us do an early check in without paying extra. The location was ideal, close to Polanco, Condesa and Roma. the neighborhood was super safe, many good places to eat around. The street is always calm, despite being so close to main avenues

I had to lift my baby stroller a few steps to the front door, but then was all fine

Everything was perfect. We had a fantastic stay at Lombardo Suites. The staff was extremely courteous and attentive including Magdaleno, Gustavo, Vanessa and Angel. I would rate the area and all amenities quite highly. There is a Subway restaurant, and Indian restaurant and all few Mexican ones too just 100 metres from the hotel. Dozens of convenient stores and public transport available on the street. There are also salons and barbershop within 100 metres. The room we had #32 was really nice and bright. Ventilation was great and air conditioning was faultless. Water pressure in taps and shower was good and heating was perfect, no fluctuations at all. Wifi is pretty consistent throughout the 4 floors including the rooftop which is a blessing to enjoy free time and open views. Breakfast was basic and adequate if one is not too fussy, otherwise you can have it in nearby restaurant. Room Cleanliness and all amenities are meant to keep you comfortable throughout the stay, including Laundry facility at 40 peso/kilo. All in all the size of Rooms and if it includes and balcony which we didn't opt for will just blow you away. Commute to city centre is convenient in Uber under 100 pesos one way or other cheaper shared options like bus which u will get easily anytime. Must see the Castle and Museum which is 20 minutes walk and the amazing stalls in surrounding Basque de Chepultepec parks where you will find 100s of stalls people selling amazing souvenirs etc and local food snacks.(except on Mondays I'm told they won't be there) Please stay at Lombardo for a stress free time in CDMX, you won't find a better deal in a quite and central place in Anzures / Polanco area.

Only because of our cultural preferences we would have preferred a Separate door for WC and handbasin together. Sometimes you are not comfortable to have a guest in room and only a glass partition without full privacy from WC area while one is relieving oneself and deprived of appropriate privacy.

I want to thank the staff because they were so helpful and very polite. In general, the appartement is very comfortable and so is the bed

I was not very charmed with the location. I expected more restaurants close to the facilities, more "life". Breakfast is ok but the orange juice was not nice at all!

Centralized location and decent price to stay. I appreciated the free parking and breakfast included. Staff was very courteous.

The morning meal could have been better, the mattress I slept on needs to be replaced, it was very uncomfortable. Also, the shower head was limited, and the water there almost scalded me a couple of times.

Location is superb. On the edge of Polanco w/o the prices. Easy walking to Chapultepec, Reforma, Roma Nte, Condesa, Polanco. Rooftop terrace a big plus. Staff generally very good/xlnt. Good coffee 24/7.

Housekeeping staff made some mistakes with our room (forgot to leave towels, didn't check TP) Only had them come in twice in six days. Terrace could use a dusting/occasional cleaning. Bkfst could be better, but adequate.
