This two-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighborhood well located to shops and restaurants was a great option for us. The staff were excellent and attentive, the apartment was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. We liked having some kitchen facilities. We recommend!

The only reason I did not give this property a 10/10 was because it was too cold. We were given a single small space heater for a two-bedroom unit. This might be sufficient for a smaller unit, but not for the larger space. While we were warm enough sleeping with the comforters provided, hanging out or eating in the apartment was cold enough to be unpleasant. When we asked for an additional heater, we were told that there was only one per unit. I would have given up maid service to be more comfortable in the apartment during the 4-5 C temps in evenings and early mornings.

Salvador helped us as much as he could with transportation issues when they came up.

We were given inconsistent feedback about being able to use the towels on a daytrip to the hot springs, resulting in confusion and delays in departing for our day trip. I would appreciate a policy about leaving a deposit so guests could use the towels off premises. It would be inconvenient and wasteful to buy towels just for a day trip.

The staff were gracious and patient with my lack of language skills. The room was clean, the water pressure in the shower was really great. I did not worry about the safety of my things or myself. Nice area. A bit far from the Metro but it is better to take Uber in any case, as it saves time.

The wi-fi was a bit spotty. I could not have my family visit in my room, but that was due to COVID, not a general rule. I arrived at 6:30 am after a red-eye flight and they were going to make me wait until 2 pm to check in. I finally got them to let me pay for the extra day and go in early. This meant that I ended up in a room on the first floor, near reception, which was a bit noisy at times. Not arranging to check in early was my own fault and they accommodated me.

Really friendly staff, area felt safe, and easy access to Chapultepec - great if you like to go running or enjoy some green space nearby. Much more relaxed than being more central. Very spacious room (I stayed in a room, not a suite) with a super comfy bed!

The location worked for me but it is a bit isolated - you don't have a lot of options on the doorstep. The fridge was really noisy - I didn't it anyway so I unplugged it but it did disrupt my first night's sleep.

One of the best condos we stayed in - and we've been to 38 countries! What a gem. Spotless clean, comfortable, great beds, great Wi-Fi, the staff was the friendliest we've ever seen, very helpful and lovely people. Location is great - very quiet and the only noise you hear are birds signing their beautiful songs. The area itself is very pretty and has a more traditional feel. If we come back to CDMX, we'll definitely stay here again. Impressed by the place. Highly recommended!

Suggestion: to add organic soaps and toiletry instead of usual ones as some people are sensitive to chemicals in regular soaps. Other than that, the rest was just perfect!

I am so happy that me and my family chose this hotel. The place was secured by friendly and professional staff members. The location was in a terrific neighborhood and you could walk to dozens and dozens of restaurants in all price ranges. The beds were comfy and the kitchenette was stocked well enough for an apart-hotel. The cleaning staff was great and even washed our dishes. Great value and again, kudos to the excellent staff!

Ceiling fans would have been great. They had floor fans but they took up space and there weren't many plugs.

This property truly surprised me. Not only is it safe, quiet and clean, but the staff in general is absolutely amazing. The doormen Jesus and Armando were truly wonderful! They suggested I borrow their umbrella multiple times during my stay, to which I always said I would be fine, but they were always right when it came to predicting the rain! The location is central and easy to find and is very walkable to any location near Chapultepec Park and Polanco in general. I spent my days on Masaryk for the most part and at Chapultepec Park, so this location was perfect. Please don’t doubt it and book ASAP! Gracias por todo amigos nos vemos súper pronto!!!

It is a great place to stay, it is near Reforma and lots of museums and activities can be reached by waking distance, the place is very clean, quiet and great for a family stay, very happy of the space in the room and the facilities

Only one thing to improve is that we were missing the sheets for the sofa that was used as additional bed

The location was good, the cleanliness and the staff was really nice.

it’s very uncomfortable to depend on someone to open the entrance/exit door whenever you want to go out. That’s the only thing that for me is a no in this property, guests should have their own card or key

The room was very spacious and it had everything we needed including utensils, cups, pots, dishes, etc. It was also extremely quiet at night and very safe.

The WiFi was hit or miss at best.
