Clean, good location, and excellent communication with staff. I went for a day visit, and they gave me a clean room with a nice street view. The rooms change decor depending on the one you get so ask in advance if you'd like a particular experience.

The flooring in my room could use a little maintenance as the paint was coming off a little bit, but otherwise a cosmetic defect on an overall good experience.

Excellent location, near museums, Chapultepec Castle, Subway and Metro Bus. Great breakfast (several options including typical Mexican food). Staff attention was great, very friendly and willing to provide help and tourist advice. Very quiet environment.

I've stayed at China room (single room). I'd be great if the management replace the mattress for a better rest experience.

We loved the idea of this unique's hotel concept. Next time we come back to Mexico City, we will try to get the cave room. We really enjoyed having the restaurant downstairs. The patio (where the microwave was) and the terrace were very nicely decorated. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the industrial room. The noise from the people using the stairs was constant and loud. We asked twice for the safe box's key but, we did not get it.

Had a great stay as a first timer in Mexico. Moved rooms after first night which was because shower was faulty. The new room had a perfect shower. I would recommend staying here, breakfast in the cafe downstairs was a huge plus. Hotel is maybe a 15 - 20 min walk to roma area and zona rosa. The staff went above and beyond when I realised I left my credit card behind in my room. I got a call from manager who spoke great english, they found it and kept it for me when I returned in a few days time. Amazing service!

Gets noisy early from two main streets nearby

The receptionist were great, the room was nice and clean. The room was nice and comfortable.

Breakfast is the only thing we did not like, I was not good at all, the waiters service is great, but the food not a bit. Also, it takes too long for hot water to come out, I recommend they fix this since water is a precious recourse and the waste there is unbelievable.

The hotel was nice, room was pretty cool. We truly recommend the Maya Room. it is cold but you can use the fan to get some warm. Breakfast was perfect and people from the restaurant were really nice.

It was a bit confusing between the rooms on the Gutenberg and Lafayette streets. Everything else was Ok. I will say they need more staff since it took a while to check in because the guy from the front desk was very busy. Very noisy in the morning.

We wished to visit the Museo de Anthropologica. This hotel was perfectly situated, in a safe area and with a good selection of well priced restaurants. Breakfast was very good and from the next door artisan cafe. An overall very good experience.

TBH the reception people were super nice. Breakfast was included, it was hearty and flavorful. and you can still get it up till noon! The decoration is really edgy but cozy, really tasteful.
