staff was amazing. very responsive on WhatsApp. helped me with everything I wanted. best of all helped me go on a day trip to isla contoy (so worth it!). the location is central, near beach and restaurants, and near ferry. the room was very spacious and well equipped. air conditioning was great. roof was nice. and they let you use beach chairs which is amazing and saves you lots of money (renting a single beach chair cost me $100us- WTF)

it was noisy, maybe because it was Easter, the island was so crowded and noisy. Also the water pressure was very low- if you have long hair to wash come with patience. decor is quite basic, not as nice as photos.

It is a new boutique hotel that is directly across the street from Playa Centro, and a short 5 min walk to Playa Norte the best beaches on the island. Less than 10 min walk from the ferry too. Evie the host/ receptionist was really nice and her little dog, Taco, adorable! All staff were above and beyond. Gracias! The small ocean view from my room, bed and terrace was exceptional! The decor and color scheme of the room was beautiful, extreme attention to detail. Little accent pieces everywhere and the little turtle soaps super cute, all branding was tasteful! Everything was so perfect, I extended me stay!

Any issue that arose was addressed and rectified immediately by Evie and Ricardo.

This place was convenient, walk-able from the Ferry and Pet Friendly. The room was clean, everything worked, staff was friendly. It was perfect for our quick visit to Isla Mujeres with our Chihuahua. We will go back.

The only negative is that we had to go upstairs and there is no hand rail on the stairway. It was a bit unsafe, in my opinion, but I also noticed many Mexican places do not have handrails, anywhere.

Antillas provided complimentary beach towels, beach chairs, coffee and a coffee machine. I feel these little extras went above and beyond what we expected. The room was spacious and had access to a large terrace with loungers. The location is excellent. Near the beach but also nice restaurants. Any communication with the host was excellent. The shower was hot. The pool was nice.

This little boutique hotel is on its way up, they are doing all the right things and it’ll just get better. You can note the upgrades completed to the once tiered multi generational family house that’s well positioned and beach front. The staff were accommodating to our circumstances and extremely friendly. it was super clean, sound attenuated well within the design.

Hot water would be a plus for the days that it’s not hot out but one can easily manage.

The room was spacious and airy with modern furnishings. I had a walkout patio with chairs and umbrellas. It was a great place to catch the sunset. I was across the street from a great beach and appreciated the beach chair provided by Antillas.

It’s on a busy street but I didn’t find it noisy.

Thr location was superb, right across the stree from beautiful beaches & fresh coconuts! The room was very clean, bed comfy. The staff were all very sweet and helpful.

That there wasnt a mat infront of the door to whipe sand off feet, i would have really loved this as being so close to the beach, sand naturally gets everywhere

Very close to north beach (would recommend to go there early in the morning before day tourists arrive) and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Very modern and with a nice terrace and very kind host! We also liked the free beach chairs and drinking water :)

Everything was good!

Everything was perfect ! Nicest host ever. Very clean and in front of the beach. Close to everything but calm at night. They even lended us a few kitchen and beach equipments. i recommend 100% !
