Ocean Suites Bartolome

Location is AMAZING, close to beached and nightlife/restaurants! The view really cannot be beat, patio is great! Rooms are VERY clean, sheets can be changed upon request, we had them changed twice during our 1 week stay. Feels very safe/secure, I never felt uncomfortable at any point on the island or the hotel. Everyone there was so welcoming and friendly! Sunsets from the room were some of the best views 10/10! We left our bags on our last day behind the desk after check out and felt secure leaving everything.

There’s nothing to do about the noise. If you are looking for a great location in the middle of everything this is the place! The city noise didn’t disrupt us, its not a silent type of place, we didn’t expect that so it wasn’t a problem.

The location was nice very convenient especially since we arrived very late by Ferry. Only a couple blocks away :) The view was very nice and close to all the action. The room was nice a spacious. We were fortunate to be there during Carnival, although pretty noisy at night, it was fun being near all the action.

It was difficult to get the payment to work and we had to try a few times on different days to make it work. The island was having issues with ATM and transactions going through.

What a convenient location! Get off ferry, exit to the street turn right and go 50 meters and you're there! Like a 2 mkn walk with luggage! Completey walkable to all of the north end, very easy no elevation change. Super cool neighborhoods to explore. Best cart rental across the street. The staff were super in both the hotel and restaurant. A bit if a warning as there's a busy street out front so the noise bleed does get heard in the room. Didn't bother me, bit if that's an issue wear earplugs. The view was top!

Very clean and super friendly staff. 10% discount at the restaurant within the same building. Access to the pool in the restaurant.

According to the pics, we were assuming we can swim in the beach right in front of the hotel. But the hotel is situated right next to the ferry. It’s not possible to go swimming here. So it was a bit misleading. Aside of this, everything was perfect and I would come back anytime again.

Location is great with a view of the ferries. The room was beautiful and really comfortable. A great place to wake up. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Once you're up the steep flight of steps, it's fine.

It's expensive to stay. Room only. No breakfast or meal options to the room but there is a restaurant that offers 10 percent discount!

Loved my stay here - booked it last minute and staff were so lovely, great communication and room was extra clean and comfortable! The location is great being right in the heart of downtown Isla with everything within walking distance, or staff will happily assist to rent a buggy to explore the island! Will be back :)
