View from our balcony room was very good, good Wifi, comfortable beds with nice linen and pillows to match. The room has a fridge and coffee maker and comes with coffee…not common in Mexico👍

The outside halls and stair case needs to be properly cleaned and maintained. The pool deck needs to be fixed, many plastic boards broken which could cause a hazard. It would be nice if the breakfast was served one hour longer to 10:00am, it would be nice if the breakfast staff could be more cheerful and get off the phones texting while working…don’t like there tip jar…it’s like they think it’s expected for self serve with so so service. I’m all about tipping people who go above and beyond, people who just expect free money for nothing won’t get my support.

Lobby is nice, the elevator is convenient and fast. The stairwells are spacious and not hot and the overall public space is very clean. The pool is very cold but it felt good on a hot day. The staff let us park our bikes next to the pool, which was very helpful. The room was clean, large and had a great view to the water (4th floor). housekeeping did a nice job as well. the staff in general were very friendly and spoke great english.

we arrived at 2:15pm and check in was at 3pm. They said we had to wait, which we expected and they could store our bags. We chatted w/the front desk for a bit and she decided to check on our room and guess what, it actually was ready the whole time. The standard answer is no to early check in, which I think is not good practice. If it's within an hour, check before saying no.

Confusion around reservation, told could not get an ocean view room or rooms on higher floor, but in the end was given an ocean view and a room on a higher floor - so seems to be no real logic to the booking system, luck of the draw. Pool deck was being replaced so very noisy from 5pm to 8pm, but this is not a common occurrence so not really a problem with the hotel Hotel is located on a very busy road, so all rooms facing ocean are quite noisy until about 12pm when traffic slows.

Great location near the ferry, right in the heart of the village at the north end of Isla Mujeres We walked to and from the ferry, about 1.5 blocks away. This hotel is in the perfect location for everything. Golf cart rental is a block away, shops, restaurants, tour places are all right there. Short walk to Playa El Norte, 2 blocks from Playa Centro. Good front desk staff, hotel is clean, has a nice little pool (which is not super warm), a nice gym, nice area to hang clothes, good AC, hot water, space around the sink to put toiletries, big shower/bathroom, a safe, a fridge. Nice place.

This hotel is located one block from the ferry terminal, it is a big deal for us with several suitcases. The staff are very courteous and helpful. It is a bonus that they provide bottle water in the room and you can refill the bottles from the water cooler on the first floor. Our room is on the third floor with oceanview, I would prefer higher level because of the street noises but it is not too bad. They also have free storage service if you arrive too early or want to stay around after checking out. There is some kind of construction going on in the next building but the noises are not too loud and it is not constant.

Very close to the ferry, just opposite the road and a 2 mins walk. Hotel is clean and room was spacious. For the best views, the 4th floor would be the preferable option as 3rd floor below are slightly obstructed by the restaurant In front of the building. Excellent staff. We arrived before check in and were able to drop our bags and even get recommendations of hidden gems around the island.

Note, it is noisy outside with the sounds from golf carts and public transport. You will not hear these sounds unless you open the doors/windows when inside your room though.

Location, right near the ferry terminal it was an easy three-minute walk to our hotel. The hop-on, hop-off bus that goes around the island dropped us right at the front door whenever we had been out which was fantastic!

I didn't like that we had to past check-in to actually check in so we were jsut sitting around the foyer. And when we checked out they made us wait and sit in the lobby unable to leave until they had checked the room to make sure everything was okay. It was weird and I've never been asked to sit in the lobby of a hotel while they make sure we didn't do damage to a room (a little insulting).

AC was excellent - so cold in the morning you needed to go on the balcony to thaw out. Awesome sleeping. Comfortable beds. Upgraded to ocean view room and it was well worth it. Great views and people watching with people going onto and off of the ferry. Great location with everything in town in walking distance. About .5 mile down to North Beach by Privilege.

Shower water not warm (but not freezing either) and not very much pressure. Temperature wasn't a problem after being out on the beach all day, but more pressure would have been great. There were multiple adjustments / heads on the shower control, but the only one that worked was the hand held. In fairness, this was not enough of an issue for us that we complained to the hotel - so they had no opportunity to fix it.

This accommodation was a pleasant surprise for us, and I believe it deserves a higher score on Booking. Everything was great, the rooms were superb, and the location is excellent, right next to one of the best golf cart rental places (at least compared to the options we found), and the port. Everything is close by, the pool and the bay view is also great. The only thing I would mention that although we could leave our belongings in a separate room after check-out, we were supposed to pay for it after 3 pm. It wasn't a significant amount, but it still caught me by surprise, but at least we had the option and that is fine.

everything worked (wifi, hot water, shower), which I can’t say about the other Mexican hotels in the same price range. The room was equipped with the smart light system. It was nice looking and spacious. Three minutes walk from the port but still very quiet. Excellent value for money

The air conditioner hangs right opposite the beds and is very strong even with the weakest setting, so we had to switch it off for the night and it was hot in the room. Can’t imagine what it’s like during the hot season. We asked the staff in advance to let us either have a late check out or the opportunity to take a shower and were refused. I think it’s not very client-oriented. The location: it’s not the beach front and the view is not nice at all.
