location, safety, patio to relax and having lunch or dinner there, bathroom, internet speed, size of the place, air conditioning works amazing. it has a big refrigerator,nice kitchen/eating area. the stuff was very friendly and helpful. communication with the owner was fast and efficient.

a sofa in the living room absolutely not usable for sleeping on it!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is not even that it is too hard for sleeping, it is collapsing if you try to lay sleep on it. Our daughter slept on the floor all nights. the owner cannot post that the suite can accommodate more than 2 people. it would be nice to have a curtain on a kitchen window too. some rod/robe to hang and dry stuff after beach

It was great location, walking distance to grocery store, great neighborhood

no coffee maker, asked for one, they did bring one, also pillow were very flat, ask for extra and they brought to us

Clean and well-equipped kitchen. New suites. Staff very helpful. Complete professional cleaning, though it wasn't daily, as per the daily cleaning fee. Very good location. Close to the supermarket and restaurants, the bus to Centro could be flagged down right outside the door. We felt quite safe in the street area. The street high fence door was kept locked. There is no safe in the room for storing valuables, despite the description that one was included. We found the beds quite comfortable, despite reading some negative reviews.

Street noise and neighbor animals, very noisy especially at night. Chairs in the suite and outdoor sitting areas were quite uncomfortable. Difficult to sit for any length of time.

Excellent value. Quiet, cool, clean rooms. The reverse osmosis water filters are a great bonus. Within walking distance of a Chedraui supermaket, a lavanderia, and delicious taquerias. Only 80-100 pesos to take a taxi to either end of the island.

I liked that it was very quite, the AC was great and the apartment was easy to cook in. The blankets and the sheets were very soft. The staff great

The wifi did not work well inside the apartment. The location was too far from town and the beach. It was on the ocean but but not a swimmable beach.

Showerhead should be replaced.

Had trouble regulating the air conditioner. WiFi was weak. My calls kept dropping. Need better lighting in the stairwell at night.

This is an amazing little one bedroom apartment with all the basic amenities you need for a longer stay more than just one night at Isla Mujeres. Kitchen had utensils to cook some pasta and make good breakfast, saving a lot of money eating out on the island. You must have a car to stay here! Staff was very friendly

I don’t know if it’s a problem at Isla Mujeres, but this is our third stay here and the water pressure is always low! Bathroom and kitchen were not clean as they could be! Although very friendly, unprofessional staff. (A couple takes care of the property but they’re not trained to receive “clients”) The only REAL bad issue here are the beds! The sofa at the living room is just an impossible thin “sponge” over a wooden base 1,5 meters (4ft) futton! Its not a bed or a sofa/bed! At the bedroom, the “full” bed is also very small. We were 3 adults and sleeping was a hard experience here! But all good, its Isla Mujeres! Property should invest in having some units with a King size!

It was super clean, modern, the space was perfect. The kitchen was perfect, the housekeeping does a wonderful job when she comes. you can walk to the main town and playa Norte it's like 30 minutes but if your not in a rush it's a nice walk. There is a lovely restaurant right in front called Casa Luisa they have an amazing view.

It would be cool if they could have a "Do not disturb / Clean room" sign. I understand most people wake up at like 6 probably on vacation but when your travelling for a really long time you may not always want housekeeping to wake you up. Even though she comes at like 9 or 10 sometimes I was still sleeping.

Close to the north, where the beaches are. Taxis are 80-100 pesos. Also close to the Chedraui- 5-minute walk- to grab groceries. Recommend getting a scooter (700 pesos fro 24-hours) to explore island, ~$45 CAD or ~$35 USD

Bed was firm, good for me but slightly uncomfortable for my partner.
