Room was very nice, large, all facilities as expected. Balcony overlooking Victoria Park. Walking distance to Auckland City - just!

Parking is advertised but difficult to locate. Got the right place by accident. Do not believe the breakfast included - it is in the chiller at reception!

Location was great, the suite was beautiful and well-appointed, and we appreciated that we were able to store our luggage upon arrival since our room was not ready.

Communication with the hotel through Booking.com was terrible. Questions were not answered in a timely or helpful fashion, and I almost cancelled the reservation as a result, as it was the worst experience I have had in this regard with a hotel on this website in the 15 years that I've used the website. In the end, I'm glad I didn't, but only because the accommodation, itself, ended up being excellent. Also, while the day shift clerk was mostly helpful, the evening shift clerk was largely unhelpful. In addition, when I checked out, there was no record of my having paid for the room. It's a good thing I kept the receipt....

The room was fantastic, very spacious and super quiet. The beds were so comfy, I wish I could have taken one home with me :) I don‘t know if it was just luck but we did not hear a sound at all - it was super relaxing to spend time in the apartment and just enjoy the gorgeous view.

The staff made a bad impression on us. The one girl at the reception didn‘t even bother to LOOK at us or say „hi“. We first thought she must have had a bad day but she was just grumpy 24/7 and treated us poorly whenever we saw her. Really don‘t know what her issue was, but we decided to just not go to the reception whenever she was around. Another thing to mention is the breakfast - you would be better off to just go to a nearby coffeehouse and get breakfast there, as they don‘t offer much. They clean the rooms every day, but they don‘t vacuum the carpet which they should consider doing….especially when they have guests that stay more than 3 days.

Good location for a short walk downtown or to the harbour. On a busy road but noise level was good in the unit. Helpful staff at check in …

We had requested twin bedding and a studio apartment away from the noise of the lifts etc. Got neither when we checked in. It was sorted out really quickly and we were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment. Enjoyed our stay.

Very spacious 3-bedroom suite, stylish furniture. Great view of Sky Tower from balcony and one of the bedrooms.

For this level of pricing, I still needed to pay 3% credit card surcharge which was very disappointing. Room cleaning is not daily unless requested and is done very late in the afternoon .

The apartment was huge and spacious for us 4 adults and 2 children. We had a gd balcony view of the Sky tower, location is very near the Auckland CBD and is accessible to many other places of interest. Its not too busy and not too noisy as well.

Only one heater/aircon in the lvliving room. We came during winter season and the main heater in living room couldn't heat up the entire apartment. The rooms had no heaters nor bed heaters. We were freezing as sleep. Heater and ventilation in the toilet faulty too. There were not many utensils provided for cooking.

It was huge, very well equipped. We had a 2 room suite between me and my husband. it was so nice that we didn’t want to go out. it is only 5 minutes walk away from the Sky City but not bang in the middle of the crowded city. We had some deliveries and they were already in our room by the time we got there.

The front desk is not manned 24hrs. The luggage trolley wasn’t there when we needed it the next morning as some inconsiderate guest must have taken it and not return it.

The room and view were amazing. The staff very helpful.

The description said “heart of city but we walked up a HUGE hill to get to city center (many blocks away). Our flight got in late so we discovered that NO restaurants were open near the hotel. We had to go many blocks to find a grocery store that didn’t have frozen items we could’ve used in the really nice kitchen we had. Plus, there wasn’t a front lobby area for us to ask about things: had to call someone down to check in while we waited outside in the dark.

Room and views lovely. Bed super comfy and overall, well appointed. Staff super friendly and helpful. Chromecast on the TV was awesome! We really enjoyed our stay.

Cleanliness could have been a little bit better. Yucky grease on the knobs on the oven and kick panel on the back of the bathroom door was dirty. We also were surprised no milk was available for our tea and there was only 1 teabag per flavour, so couldn't both enjoy a cuppa together when we arrived.

The suite we had was superb very comfortable beds and very quiet Location close to the city

The coffee machine did not work and were very disappointed with the breakfast My family went down to the Cafe at breakfast at 8.30 but there was no fruit cereal toast and was only a few croissants but no fillings At checkout I asked for a refund of the breakfast and the lady says no as there was breakfast available! I told her that no there wasn't and would speak to the manager about a refund I did email them to ask when I would receive my deposit and also requested a refund for the breakfast but am still waiting for a reply My deposit gas been credited but no refund When I am paying over $700 for the 1 night accomidation I would expect a far superior breakfast than what was on offer and be available I would certainly not recommend other guests include this in their room rate!
