Hotel 3K Barcelona

Breakfast was really good, selection was very varied. Hotel was quite central, metro station is close. Up the road there is the campo pequeno bullring a shopping complex offering different restaurants and shops.

The room was really stuffy so we turned on the air conditioning but only hot air was coming out so we had to leave the window open all the time day and night. when we inquired at reception they told us that they were sorry but their system works that in the winter the air conditioner releases warm air throughout the hotel and in the summer it is set on cold. Since we were on the 10th floor it was even hotter.

Cleanliness - room excellent clean every day , professional and good job of staff Breakfast - good breakfast included in room price , very good service during breakfast time ( very good service of serving staffs ) Location - very close to metro station and bus stops , many shops and restaurant around

I would like to see more smiles on faces of staffs especially serving breakfast staffs :)- I would like to give advise for management : 2 or 3 staffs during the breakfast its quiet not enough , your staffs has to work as robots , running around all time , it is maybe time to add some more staff and maybe after staffs has more time to smile ?!

I am writing to express my utmost gratitude for the exceptional experience I had during my recent stay at your hotel. Your team of employees was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I walked in. The level of hospitality and service was truly unparalleled. Additionally, I cannot forget to mention the outstanding amenities provided during my stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the cleanliness of the bathroom was immaculate. I was pleasantly surprised to find a well-stocked mini-fridge in my room, which came in handy as I arrived late at night and was in need of a snack. Your team was also incredibly helpful in guiding me towards the best food options nearby. Overall, my experience at your hotel was nothing short of wonderful.

The only regret I have is that I was unable to arrive earlier and enjoy all that your establishment has to offer. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to anyone who is looking for a top-notch hospitality experience. Thank you again for making my stay such a memorable one.

The room was clean but the price is too high because of the location. Some of the staff seems to have attitude problem … may be I look Asian but holding a British Passport. Didn’t like their attitude at all .

After paying so much money + City tax only for 3 night atleast they should have a Tea pot or kettle for tea making . Moreover one day the housekeeping clean the room and didn’t provide any towels. I have to call them to sort things out . Oh by the way the TV remote was missing from the room . i realised that at night when I thought I will watch tv and fall into sleep .

Full breakfast with real nice food overall; really spacious room with nice furniture and comfortable bed; bathroom nice and clean with all you need with plenty of space; good room cleaning; excellent location of hotel in the city; friendly and competent staff. Overall exceptional, good job.

Details from our room and our stay - that might not be the case for most - were that some things were in need of maintenance, like the showerhead and nozzle in the bathroom (leaking only when opened); TV in the room was small (20'-24'), didn´t feel right with the furniture and rest of room structure - could be bigger/ installed properly; small fridge didn't feel like it was working properly in out room, did keep things cool but not proper cold.

Check-in staff were very helpful. The room was fine. Good view. Very good breakfast buffet. Minibar. The location was on the outskirts of town but that's where I wanted to be for a concert at Sagres. There were a few shops and restaurants within walking distance and it was close to the metro.

Sockets in the rooms were poorly located. No tea or coffee-making facilities and no refreshments available at the hotel apart from breakfast.

Nice big room, big bed, bath with shower, quiet location of hotel, 300 meter from metro. Reasonable selection of food for breakfast. Wery friendly staff and helpfull.

There was not a single power outlet by the bed to charge phone or tablet. One of the bed side lamp had a power outlet so we could charge one unit/phone at a time, if removing/turning of the bed side lamp.

It was a nice hotel with big open spaces. Room was fine only problem was toilet door was broken. you can not close or lock the door which was a bit annoying when you are sharing the room. In the room there wasn't water heater, which was kind of basic for this kind of hotel. The room heater was a bit high.

Comfortable bed and great size room. The room was cleaned each day. Location was good, easy access to the tube station. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly, and gave us lots of advice and places to visit.

Air conditioning was not the best. It was quite dark in the corridors, but I understand, the hotel was trying to keep the hotel cool, in the hot temperatures.

Clean room, nice bed, overall decent hotel.

Small variety of food at breakfast. Also i slept with the window open and I could hear every plane departing, which can become quite annoying. It's not very close to the airport but it seems the planes are flying above the hotel which makes it kinda noisy.
