Hotel Principe Avila

Very comfortable room with AC, nice bathroom, nice staff, great breakfast with a big buffet with a wide range of products. It's nice that we were able to leave our luggage after check-out. Good price for this standard of room.

It would be great to be able to open the window and not be obligated to use the AC, without it there was absolutely no air in the room - this is not a very eco-friendly solution. Apart from that everything was great. The hotel is not located in the very center of Lisbon, but it's close to a metro station that connects it directly to the center and to the airport as well.

Very clean, minimalist design and easy check in and check out. Wi-Fi was great. The location is next to Gulbenkian Museum which was lovely to see with amazing gardens 2 minutes walk from the hotel.

The hotel was right in front of the metro and it took only 20 minutes to get to the central part of town. The room was modern and the beds were comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast selection as it had variety everyday.

The rooms were very clean and exactly as described. It was a little out or the heart of the city, which we liked. The area was filled with delicious restaurants, shops and cafes.

Clean room's with a comfy bed. The breakfast is really nice & good coffee. Staff are really helpful with any questions you may have about the area. In a great spot close to the metro & shopping centre.

It is new, clean modern, and located close to big mall and 2 metro lines on Boulevard with trees and wide walkind/biking paths. Excellent breakfast served in every morning. Very efficient but super quiet AC and perfectly sound proofed. Very nice bathroom, comfortable beds, helpfull staff. 4 USB inputs for charging right over night tables.

Brand new hotel looks like the finishing was not complete (raw concrete walls in lobby and stairway) and already showing some deterioration in bathroom workmanship (falling of fillings in tiles grooves). Lobby not impressive and rather uninviting. No coffe maker tee pot or microwave in room.

Location was great, not far from the city centre with good stores nearby. The room was good with really comfy beds. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

It was a perfect stay. I was very tiered after an overnight delayed flight so I went to sleep immediately. The bed was very comfortable! The check-in process was very fast, the room was spacy and very well organised, the facilities in the room are clean and on high standard. The Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very nice and welcoming. I will return! Thank you

The staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable and provided many great tips. They assisted us with navigating the city and the Metro. The staff also assisted in booking tours during our stay. The free breakfast an added bonus! The food was always fresh and there was a wide assortment to select from.

New and modern hotel. Good size room for for 3 people. The beds were very comfortable and room comes with good amenities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. It’s in a good part of the city. Nice street. Centre of town is easily accessible with metro stations close by or a cheap Uber ride.

Breakfast was nice but repetitive.
