Hotel Alif Avenidas

i GOT ALL i NEEDED. tHE BES WAS NICE. bREKFAST good.

But I missed that there was no bar open at night. So nice to sit down an have one drink befor bed

The only thing bad about this hotel is the bar in the lounge is closed. Everything else was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone

This is a lovely hotel. From the moment the door was opened for you, the reception staff, housekeeping and food staff - they were all friendly and very helpful. We loved that there was a kettle, water, fridge and tea cups in the room. the bed was huge and comfortable. We felt very at home here. We also had a lovely dinner at the italian restaurant over the road and drinks at the little bar in the park. It is a little out of the main tourist area but that this what we needed. A bit of quiet to just sit, relax and enjoy. Still a comfortable walk to the hop on off buses. Did the small bus trip through the old town - highly recomend it. Also I think there was a market on the saturday as we were leaving which looked amazing - ask reception about it they may be able to give you the details. It was just a lovely comfortable place to stay.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean and quiet. The curtains blocked out a lot of light so we got a good night's sleep. The hotel is also quite well located - its near a metro station and its about 10 mins on the train or less to the main areas of Lisbon.

I thought the bidet made the bathroom a bit cramped. Also, when we asked for an iron they did provide one but said they didn't have any ironing boards so we should iron on the bed or table, which I thought was a bit strange and inconvenient. But apart from those minor issues, we were very happy with our stay.

It is clear that I like the hotel because this was not my first visit there. I also like the location - close to the metro, center, parks, shopping, cafes, restaurants.

One day I came back from a stroll at about 2 pm, the cleaning lady was there, I had to wait and after she left another lady came- without knocking she opened the closed door, no hesitation end entered the room- she didn`t explain her "visit" -she was probably checking on the work of the cleaning lady- but this was very unpleasant. A guest can use the room during the day, too.

The hotel staff is incredibly friendly and dedicated to providing exceptional service. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. Furthermore, the hotel's location is absolutely perfect, with the added convenience of a metro station right in front of the property. It made exploring the city a breeze. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast provided at the hotel. It exceeded my expectations. The pictures I had seen prior to my stay did not do it justice. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel based on the exceptional friendliness of the staff and the convenient location. It's truly a place I would gladly stay at again in the future.

Hotel situated in a superb location, a lovely street near the metro. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room had everything you needed and had all the facilities required. Comfortable and was cleaned every day during my stay. Breakfast was brilliant. Great range of food available and in a relaxed environment. Couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend

The only thing for me was the WiFi. It connected but would disconnect at times and run slow when I was in the room. That was my only fault but nothing at all major really

Excellent placed at the beach with a very nice ocean view and the bar down at the beach were very nice with very nice personell. Negroni and Espresso Martini every night!

Our double bed was just two single placed near each other. Slid away when we tried to cross it :-( The bathroom had some problems with the shower and also the sink. Both issues were quickly fixed when we asked for it so good service. This was out of season and there were quite few other guests. The bar at the top floor had a clear "retirement feel" at night that didn't quite fit our taste, so we didn't spend time there :-)

The hotel is very close to a metro station and to get there from the airport is very easy and convenient. You can also reach the city centre easily. A supermarket is close by. The room was spacious with comfortable beds and enough lamps. The breakfast was excellent, especially the pastries. The lady overseeing the breakfast each morning did an amazing job.

On our arrival late at night we found that the room had not been cleaned properly, lots of hair lying around - both in the room but also in the bathroom. After we had let the reception know about that, the room was cleaned well.

I stayed in this hotel for 4 days and I have to say It is one of the best place in Lisbon and also one of the best hotel I had the opportunity to book during my trip all over the world. The location is amazing, it is quiet not so central but there are a lot of restaurant all around, a supermarket in front and the metro just 1minute walking. The staff is really nice and helpful for everything. The room are very big, clean, bright and the bed is huge. The bathroom very clean as well, big with a good shower. The cleaner never knocked to our door to clean even if it was late morning sometime, but every time we were going out and coming back our room was impeccable cleaned. I give a 10/10. Amazing place!!
