The location was great. Next to Cortes Ingles which is a mall with groceries and lots of good restaurants that are open late except for Sundays. It's a 5 min walk from the metro, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant staff were super helpfull and let me bring breakfast in the room cause my kids couldn't wait up early enough. The kitchen was very convenient for our family as one of my kids is a picky eater so had to make some food.

There were some times when there was construction noise close to our room. Didn't bother us much since we were out for most of the day.

The location was great, with a quick walk to a metro station giving quick access to the coast and other attractions. it was a short walk away from both a lovely park and El Corte Ingles, a great department store all of the staff were so friendly and helpful and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to suggest places we might like to visit and recommend local restaurants. We didn’t speak any Portuguese on arrival but they even helped me to learn a few phrases. The apartment was huge and really well equipped, which would’ve been great for a longer stay. It was great to have a bath to soak in after a long day sightseeing. The king size bed was really comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful so much variety. The best of both world, an apartment with facilities to cater for yourself, breakfast on site and your bed made for you every day. The sister hotel nearby had several friendly bars

It’s a great value - you get an appartment for the good price. The equipment (microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle) worked well. The air-con worked fine too. There is a daily cleaning service and every accomodated person gets an entry card (no need to care about one set of shared keys).

- The furniture is quite old - sofa chairs extremely uncomfortable. - I personally didn’t enjoy the bed matrasse - it was too soft for me + I felt like in the middle it was lower than on the edges… - the sound of landing planes is really strong, you can’t sleep with open window (but this is the case for every hotel in the area, you can’t avoid this). The air con works fine and the windows isolate the sound well…

the room was very large and it was comfortable. there was good servicing. the breakfast was excellent and all the staff were extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The view from our room was very nice. the location across from a park and museum, with a large shopping centre, metro and restaurants nearby was excellent.

the room is a bit dated but I understand a refurbishment program has started. there was some plane noise but we got used to it. there was a lack of cutlery (no bottle opener) and only two wine glasses in the kitchen , no tumblers.

At the reception, Marco is simply the perfect host! Helped me with my luggage that did not arrive and, in general, was super-responsive. Cleaning ladies were also perfect. Good bed, excellent sheets, very good wi-fi Metro station nearby takes to any place in the city (blue line) and to the airport and train station (red line) - very convenient. Also supermarket is very close (next to the metro station)

It would be nice to have basic ingredients, like salt and oil, in the kitchen. It's not exactly the problem of the hotel, but noise from airplanes might be annoying. Other than that... don't see any problem. Will come again.

Breakfast was perfect. Super bountiful. Hot items and continental offered. Staff super warm and inviting. After our Airbnb room had technical issues this place gave us respite. Would stay again - close to metro and grocery store!

Furniture in our room was a bit worn but couldn't beat the amount of space we had to spread out.

Very convenient for the Metro and close to a Lidl for self-catering supplies. The apartment was large with good wi-fi and serviced daily. Excellent sheets and towels. Nice bathroom. Quiet road, at least with windows closed. Complimentary in-room safe - key from reception.

The furnishings are okay but a bit tired and the mattress had definitely seen better days. Like sleeping on a board. Keys have to be collected from the parent hotel if arriving before 9 and after 6. It's about ten minutes walk but not that convenient when arriving in a strange city, after midnight, with luggage.

The apartment is situated in an excellent location (within 5 minutes walk from the nearest metro station and one of the biggest, if not the biggest, shopping centre El Corte Ingles). Had spacious rooms with the bedroom having the biggest bed I’ve ever seen. I believe it could accommodate four people easily. The air conditioning and the lift were a big plus. The entire team was incredibly friendly, especially the cleaning staff.

The kitchen could have been more equipped, but it’s alright for a short-medium stay.

I would apreciate to have a message from the reception to inform me where to check in. I recieve a phone call just before my arrive from the reception but I didn't understand the new check-in location. So when I arrived, I went first on Real resendencîa and had to walk a lot to check-in ! That the reason why I think that a message with the exact adress of the check-in desk would be more clear than a phone call..

Great location, close to the tube station, supermarkets, El Corte Ingles and a lot of amenities and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for a medium stay, internet connections was good even for working purposes (we were at the 5th floor). Cleaning team and all the staff (Marco and colleagues) were very nice with us. Planes noise was noticeable the first day, after that we got used to it.

Nothing major, just a few notes on how to improve further :) I would advise to change/remove the carpets and the very old curtains. I can agree on having few kitchen tools for short staying but for medium-long ones I may suggest to equip the cupboard slightly better with mugs and a couple of additional cutlery.
