The staff at the reception desk are very helpful and polite. The room was very warm and clean. The manager has welcomed with a personalized letter, with a bottle of water and a plate of candies/sweets. The breakfast was full and tasty. I asked to the staff to let for some hours my bags there, and they accepted and everything were in place when I return to take. This helped me out to do a sightseeing hassle free from the weights. They are just excellent!

There were not anything that I did not like.

The room was clean, neat, spacious and nicely decorated. I loved the balcony, the large opening windows and the air conditioning unit. The water pressure was nice and strong. My favorite aspect of our stay was the staff. They were all very friendly, helping me with every question. They were all so kind and attentive. The breakfast is outstanding!!! If you're looking to stay near an embassy, you'll be within walking distance. We visited some tourist attractions and it cost about 7 euros each way for an uber. There's also a metro stop close by. I will absolutely stay here again.

Nice modern room and decent location

hotel is under the flight path so can be pretty noisy and no shop or vending machine to get snacks/drinks at night.

The room was very clean and just like the photos. The staff were also lovely.

It’s far from the city centre/restaurants etc

The staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. Good furniture. The room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed every day. The breakfast was good, fresh, but it needs more fruit and vegetables. The coffee was excellent, one of the best. Our triple room was big, with a very nice and modern bathroom, and good quality shower gel. Comfy beds, pillows and sheets. Calming colours. The balcony was huge, with a view at the bridge and at all airplanes passing thru. The hotel is located at 5 mins walking from the tube (Praca de Espahna stop), 1 min from the bus station, and 5 mins from the El Corte Ingles shopping center. The taxi is very cheap to get to Rossio (approx. 7 euro) or to the airport (approx.10 euro).

More fruits and vegetables at breakfast would be nice. No restaurants or stores near it.

My stay at this hotel was great! The staff was exceptionally friendly. Especially the receptionist Joyce. She was really helpful and friendly! The hotel was clean at all times. Breakfast options were pretty limited but good enough. The hotel location isn't the best but the area was quiet and a short Uber ride from the airport and into the city center. Also budget friendly. So that wasn't a biggie. I would definitely stay here again!!

Oddly there was a weird smell in the bathroom every morning. We had to open the balcony door to keep fresh air in at all times. Other than that, no complaints!

Very friendly staff and management

We had a fantastic stay! a big thank you to the crew for providing a quality boutique experience. Rooms are spacious, clean and well-equipped. Passing planes did make some noise starting around 6 AM, but being aviation lovers, it didn't bother us, instead, we liked the comfort of a super short ride to the airport after our check-out. Breakfast is rich and tasty, and there was even a small fitness center to help burn those delicious pastels de nata with. 24/7 manned desk is available for any request. Fast and stable Wi-Fi across the room and facilities. Good price.
