Lisbon Serviced Apartments - Parque

We stayed here for two nights with our 2 year-old daughter. Entrance of the apartment was via code. That was pretty convenient. Location was great, close to metrostation that connects directly to airport and centrum. Shower was great. We arranged a taxi transfer via the host (although we had too pay 10 euro more because we got a van rather than an auto and we had lots of luggage). Two elevators in place. The room was cleaned when we got back home the first day. Two aircons that work great. WiFi is good.

It was kind of noisy from the inside (not for outside traffic). We could hear people coming up the stairs all the way. We thought it would be very new, but the laminate bent at some place. Using the dish washer the board of the kitchen fell down. The view out of the window was kind of dissapointing, but probably it will depend which house you get.

Perfect location. A metro station is so close, grocery, supermarkets, a big trade center, some nice restaurants. Cleaning of the room.

No handheld shower head, no opportunity to leave even a hour later.

Cleaners clog up already slim corridor and lift making it congested for movement or use Showers had slight mildew on doors and tiles which can easily be removed using mildew spray Shower door for main bedroom doesn't close, water leaks out when showering Kitchen hob extractor was dirty needs cleaning Air conditioning is quite noisy No extra bin bags provided in case needed

For our family of five these apartments were an excellent choice! loved the location, extremely convenient to the shops (small and big), metro with blue line, taxi. also the size of apartment is good there is washing machine (washing detergent costs 1€ but it is enough for several washes) with dryer! air con is very nice aaaand the cleaning service is soo nice when you have kids and vacation )) shower was good! not leaking on the 1st floor.

I have read previous comments about the state of the walls and shower. So was prepared. but we found the wifi is a bit weak, not enough for several people browsing and shower regulating handle kept falling off - kids were frustrated about that

The apartment was nice and comfortable and well maintained. The location is not the best for tourists as it is away from all the places tourists like to visit. The public transportation for this apartment is not very convenient especially for someone visiting Lisbon for the first time. It is not possible to get taxi's outside this apartment and one would have to walk all the way to Sheraton Hotel for getting a taxi. It's not a pleasant walk especially if it is raining. Uber is the only convenient option for this location.

There could have been better communication with the Host. There were no utensils for cooking. The host collects a lot of personal information for check in in addition to the passport. I was not comfortable with providing the personal details of myself and my spouse.

Perfect location,space, a lot of light, good furnitures, easy access, everything. Highly recommend

It was not the issue of the apartment. Parking is only for resident near by. There is a private parking near, but it is closed in the early morning, so, I had to change the location of the car after 7.00pm. Not a big deal, but better if the accommodations provide the details for it; it maybe helpful for those who does not know the rules and safe time

For two people a nice large apartment close to subway and groceries and takeout (El Corte Inglés ). Beds excellent. Quiet location. Museum Calouste Gulbenkian quite close. Great coffee at Milkees a few blocks away. An easy ride on the subway red line from the airport. (Note that the subway entrance closest to the apartment is the blue line. The underground passage eventually connects to the red line. Above ground the Red line entrance is at El Corte Inglés).

We did not receive the code to enter the building, but it was quickly sorted through a phone call.Two nights out of 3 nights water leaked from the apartment above into the bathroom. Staff said it will be fixed. All faucets very tricky and difficult to find and maintain right temperature. Warning: the hot water is extremely hot.

Location was great! Close to a Metro station and in a.quiet neighborhood. There were grocery stores.close by.and lots of restaurants--not the touristy ones--and a huge department store a short.walk away. The staff went above and beyond to help retrieve my mobile phone that I stupidly left in a taxi from the airport. Thank you!!

Cleaning was.ok. Cleaning person did not vacuum prior to mopping. Did find a live flea on my bed but I could have brought it in and there is a cat next door so it could have come in when the patio door was open.

The apartment was amazing. We were 5 and it was very comfortable for all of us, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 living room, where the sofa can be transferred to a comfy bed. Very clean and safe place

Almost everything is electronic, so it was a bit confusing at first to collect the keys. You have to check in via a machine at the entrance, so if you have questions it is a bit challenging to find a human being to answer your questions. The cleaning staff did not speak English, but they were very kind to somehow answer our questions about the property

Everything expect what I said in the negativ rubric below was good. I like to mention especially the daily housekeeping. Many other places don't have this.

The shower head was leaking around the connectors. This should be fixed. A few lights were either missing light bulbs or were not connected to the switch. Also, the planes fly above Lisbon as the airport is inside the city. This location is above the landing path. I would say this is a not that big of a problem but keep this in mind
