SANA Reno Hotel

Very nice and cozy hotel with a swimming pool on the rooftop. Pool was very clean and we really enjoyed it. Rooms were great and beds super comfortable. Cleaning lady was great and our room was perfectly cleaned every day. Reception staff was also great and helpful with everything. Although it's only 3 stars hotel, it should be 4 stars.

Swimming pool area could have some music and a bar. There was a bar service from the reception, but having a bar up there would've make it so much better. Pool itself was great with heated water. So even when it's not hot outside, you can enjoy the swim.

Location perfect as just a short way out of the frenetic and often noisy city center but only a few Euros for an Uber in to town. A 5 min walk to the fabulous Corte de Englese shopping mall which has great shopping and lovely roof top restaurants with outdoor dining. Perfect for the big Yellow Bus Lisbon sightseeing hop on hop off as a main stop here also. Hotel is definitely a high 3+ star with good facilities, helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast and a rooftop swimming pool a big bonus. Nice enough lobby to have a coffee and plan your day. Rooms are about as spacious as you would expect but we certainly appreciated the space of the balcony which although no views, was a good spot to sit and enjoy a jug of Sangria! As well as sunbeds space there is another little area with a table and chairs which I had not seen in the hotel room photos so a nice surprise. Spacious bathroom with plenty of shower pressure. Comfy beds and linen, quiet room. We were on the top floor in a twin room with balcony. Sana Reno happily kept all of our baggage secure after checkout so that we could enjoy our last day out and about before an evening flight. Would definitely consider this hotel again. Very pleasant stay and great value for money.

Bathroom spacious but shower is over the bath and awkward to get in and out. Request a bathmat or you may slip. Very basic toiletries in bathroom. There are no tea making facilities so you need to use the hot water from the small coffee machine and beg milk from the kitchen which is a pain. The breakfast is a bit monotonous but seems to cater for most tastes and was perfectly adequate for a 3 star, probably better than most. I would have appreciated fresh bottles of water in the fridge each day instead of having to buy elsewhere or get from the bar downstairs at an exorbitant cost in comparison to actual cost.

Loved the hotel - staff were fantastic. Breakfasts were good and fresh with plenty options. The coffee was great. We really loved the rooftop swimming pool too - we were a 5euro ride away from the centre but it was nice to go there for the day then go ‘home’ to the quieter area. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby anyway and metro stop right outside the door. Would recommend!

The hot breakfast food wasn’t great - would have liked more boiled eggs - had one day but they didn’t appear again. Lots of other choices so and bread was very fresh

It was a 3star hotel but we felt like being in a 4star hotel! All was so amazing!!! The staff was extremely friendly caring supportive helpful fun entertaining Antonio is thr best barmen ever, thank you again for the drinks!!! :) The pool was amazing too, the water temperature was very nice and not cold, you can even swim in cold weather The room was very clean and comfortable The location of the hotel is very good, It's very central and public transportation can be reached in 2 min. Also the surrounding streets and area are very safe The breakfast was very delicious and all of the staff was extremely friendly and caring!

We loved our breakfasts!! The staff in the breakfast room were really helpful and looked after us both, particularly as my husband is gluten free and I am dairy free. They really made us feel at home. The reception staff were also, in general, really helpful. We paid extra for a balcony room, which turned out to be on the same level as the pool, it was a great decision as we were able to use the pool several times even though it was March, just great!!

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working, we were told that in the winter all rooms are kept warm, this was a little too warm for my husband and me, so we struggled to sleep. That was pretty much the only downside.

The location was excellent! Set nearby two parks, one our toddler loved playing in and the other to visit the ducks, get coffee and ice cream. There are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants very closeby. The breakfast was great, something for everyone! We are vegetarian and ate well to set us up for the day. The swimming pool was the best! The staff, so wonderfully friendly. Our room was kept exceptionally clean throughout our stay.

The bar restaurant choices were a bit limited and drinks expensive. We chose to eat out and get some supplies from the local shop for snacks.

This hotel offered everything I needed for a reasonable price: Great location in a lovely quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro, good breakfast, excellent staff, comfortable bed, nice bathtub and reliable wifi. On my second stay I chose a room with a balcony, an upgrade that was worth every penny. The view was a wonderful surprise. I cannot emphasize enough how much I appreciate that this hotel does NOT use chemically scented plug ins!

On my first stay here (couldn't review because booking.com insists I stayed somewhere else) I found the room comfortable but kind of plain, dark, and a little small. The room with the balcony was a significant upgrade.

Nice hotel, very good access to transport (metro entrance right in front of the hotel), beautiful pool on the roof, great breakfast, very comfortable bed and pillows, very helpful staff, first class cleanliness.

Dark rooms (like in a dungeon), the impossibility of opening the window (only for ventilation, I think security can be solved in other ways), the missing electric plug in the bathroom.

Clean, comfortable, helpful staff, good location. The end of the red metro line from the airport is across the street (Sao Sebastian metro station). The Blue Metro line to downtown also passes through Sao Sebastian, but the exits for the blue line are not the same, although located nearby.

No kettle in the room, but the staff were happy to boil up a teapot of water for us to make tea in the evening. The Aircon is centrally controlled, so it is not possible to adjust room temperature individually. If the temperature in your room is too high the only option is to turn it off in the room and open the window. Temperature is set at 17 for summer and 22 for winter.

Great safe llocation, just a small walk distance from El Corte Ingles and other stores, employees were professional and helpful. Our stay was short but We could appreciate the streets view from the terrace, We didn't have time to use the swimming pool nor the sauna, I wonder if they offer rooms with walk in shower which helps if you travel with seniors. Bteakfast was delicious, it has lots food choices. We like the design plates and cups. It will be helpful if there's a coffee machine that allows to select a cappuccino,, latte, etc.

Partial block window, when We opened the curtains We noticed half of the window was concrete and the view was the AC units. Other than that everything was good
