The best part of this hotel is its location. We were between 2 metro stations (Sao Sebastiao and Parque), easily accessible from the train. When we left Lisbon, we took the airport shuttle arranged by the hotel to get to the airport at 2:30am. It was good value at 20 Euros and the service was excellent! We were also located right beside El Corte Ingles, the most amazing department store. We found restaurants, bakeries and gluten free meals all within 2-5 minutes of walking. The Marques de Pombal roundabout, which is where many tours leave from, was a 5 minute walk away, downhill. We did not try the breakfast as it is continental style but they recommended a very good bakery across the street for GF bread. Or room was equipped with a bar fridge and it was easy to store milk and other items to complete our breakfast without going to a restaurant. There was a kettle to make tea as well. We arrived in the evening and the staff immediately suggested that they would change our room the next day to the more accessible floor, which they did. I asked for an updated room, as opposed to the older one we had the first night. That was granted as well. All in all, the staff could not have been more helpful and attentive to our comfort. If all you need is a well located hotel room, with no fancy offerings, in a safe and convenient location, I can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The room that was not updated had a heater that I did not understand how to use. However, there were plenty of warm blankets in the cupboard for us.

Comfortable beds, fridge, air-conditioning, kettle, everyday floor and bathroom cleaning, taking out waste, making beds every day, quiet and safe neighbourhood, lift, possibility to buy breakfast, close to 2 underground stations (easy to get to the city centre), close to cafes, ALDI and PINGO DOCE, you can get your airport transfer from the hotel.

I didn't like the smell in my room, and the wardrobe was also a bit smelly (mustiness), there should be one more light in the bathroom over the mirror, I don't think changing towels every day is a necessity - it would be better to ask the guests if they need their towels to be changed every day or every second day (they could leave them on the floor if they wanted the towels to be changed).

The room is in quite good location. Only a few minutes walk from the Sao Sebastian metro station and even nearer to the big apartment store, el Corte Ingles. There also are many restaurants nearby. The staff was really nice here. The room itself was quite big with also quite a big bathroom. The access to the building and to the room were quite easy. On the streetside the outer door required a code to open after which it opened automatically. The room door opened with a key card. Real simple

In the bathroom there was a strange bowl opposite the toilet bowl itself. Not a problem really but could not figure out what it was. There was a bathtub in the bathroom but no plug to it so it was basically useless. The shower was an older model so you had to add cold and warm water using separate facets. Anyway, after balancing it worked ok.

Accommodation is on the fourth floor and there's a lift in the building. The door to the building has an automatic lock, and makes you feel a little extra safe, in general. Rooms are clean and serviced every morning. Beds are very comfortable. The staff is kind and professional. We had a flight out in the afternoon, and there were no problems leaving our luggage with them after checkout until we came back to pick it up before going to airport. Personally, I would take the same accommodation next time in Lisbon.

Internet coverage could be better.

We received such a spacious room! The bed was the most comfortable in all of Lisbon! Very friendly and accommodating staff. We were talking for long with the owners who made us feel right at home before our long trip back to South Africa. The room was really nice, felt like a mini apartment. You get good bang for your buck. The transfer to the airport was very professional and well priced. We will definitely be back here in the near future. Wishing you many blessings for your hotel ☺️ regards Melissa and Ricardo Moniz

The staff and services was amazing. If you are traveling for business, then this place has a good internet connection for video conferencing, in between 2 metro stations and close to a large bus stop, so traveling around Lisbon is convenient. As it is located 20min walk from city centre, it also makes it convenient for business meals and discussion. Thank you team Hotel Nazareth.

You get what you pay for so don’t expect frills and luxuries and just be okay with that! It was clean, incredibly well located, very safe, and staff was so nice. I didn’t partake in the breakfast because there’s so many nearby options (Padaria Portuguesa, Milkees, etc). It’s next to so much (El Corte, Parque Eduardo, metro, etc) I was shocked at the price. I also asked for a quiet room and it was especially quiet, which is rare in the city! I have stayed in many places all over Lisbon and Portugal and for the price this was great. If you need super fancy at fancy prices, go elsewhere, but otherwise this is as expected.

I didn’t realize it’s floors 4-5 of a building so I felt lost for a minute (it was night), but you buzz in and with the hotel key you get a code. During the day someone was at the front door before the elevator so it’s not a big deal.

The hotel was straightforward to reach by metro. All staff was super friendly, the room comfortable and cute. Lively central area, with easy access to restaurants and shopping. I was only passing through, as I missed my travel connection and didn't have time for much exploring, but definitely would stay there again.

Would have been nice to be able to open the windows in the room, but understandable, as it had aircon

The hotel is located in an excellent area, central and close to everything. The room was very spacious, clean and bright, the beds very comfortable. But the best of all was the staff, especially Mr. Daniel, who had a great treatment, always attentive and willing to help, giving tips to make the most of the city, made our stay our best day in Lisbon. We will definitely come back.

Reception staff were super friendly, attentive and responsive. They organised our 4am airport transfer which gave us peace of mind. The room was big and airy, lovely hot water shower pressure and just good for our needs.

The hotel has no sign outside - you need to find the doorbell and take a lift. We were walking around for ages trying to find it. The lady ‘minding’ the door downstairs is…interesting. Shouted (and I mean SHOUTED) at my wife for holding the door for me with our luggage. Then on the way out actually screamed at me (like I’ve never had in my adult life) not to touch door. Threw her hands out and slammed her table for touching the automatic door - crazy. There was a dank smoke smell near the vents of the room. The windows couldn’t close so it was quite noisy at night. Not major issues at all but just to point out.
