perfect design & environment ,cleanness, spacious room, perfect breakfast!

there was €50 per night security deposit that I was not informed about when booked the room! although they made me a favor and charged me only €100 for the whole stay but I still have to wait 7 working days for it to get refunded. the reception people could be more friendly (except the lady wearing glasses in reception who I enjoyed her service always treating all perfectly with her smile)

The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good although there were no fried eggs which I might have expected. The location is pretty good, although it is right on the flight path and there is a short walk to the Metro to travel into Lisbon proper. Staff are very friendly and efficient

No gym or pool but then again it was a very reasonable price

The staff are absolutely exceptional, reception was awesome. We traveled from New Zealand and everyone had great English, especially the staff at the reception, Reuben was the one who greeted us and helped with the check in, awesome manners and so helpful, lots of info about Lisboa. The hotel had everything, including access to a very well equipped and spacious gym, spa, sauna. The breakfast was superb, so much choice, very busy but always replenished. Room was cleaned everyday. Everything was handy and available and everyone did their best to secure a wonderful experience for our family. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. It was impressively clean and well-organized. The atmosphere, coupled with the lush green areas, created a truly delightful ambience. The breakfast was a highlight; it was both delicious and satisfying. The staff's attentiveness and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I'd like to acknowledge the hotel for providing a parking facility, which is a plus. However, it's worth noting that the parking isn't very economical. The hotel's location, around three kilometres from the city centre, might be a drawback for some, but Uber services are available for convenience. One thing to consider is that aeroplane noise is noticeable every five minutes, which might be a concern for light sleepers. Despite these points, my overall experience was decent.

To start, the hotel lobby was super inviting and classy. I will usually pay special attention to the way the hotel staff treat their guests, but in thisbcase, there was nothing to point, they were all friendly, without exception. Although the room wasn't so modern as I would expect, it was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was enriched with many options, except that they didn't have much choice for non-dairy or gluten free meals. I might be mistaken, I just can't recall seeing those options. The hotel is situated in one of my favourite areas in Lisbon. The Gulbenkian garden was just around the corner, which was great for a morning run. Also, I visited the gym facilities inside the hotel, which was a nice add-on to my morning workout. The supermarket El Corte Ingles wasn't that far either, which has just enriched my staying in Lisbon even further.

Not much to point, I'd just suggest more of diversity in breakfast specially for possible allergens in food, such as dairy and gluten. The rest was great

I appreciated the quietness of the room. The staff was definitely helpful. The breakfast was wonderful as well as the atmosphere it was served in! I also loved that there is a bathtub in all your rooms!!

I felt the expense of a cocktail at the bar was well expensive... I also saw that was the case for the dinner that was available from the hotel. (Perhaps,.. just to be expected... ) It would have been great if your website made it clear that there is a bathtub in every room as that was definitely not clear on your website & this was important to me!! It was why I switched hotels & actually chose Sana Malhoa Hotel! I emailed to request this & was advised there was a bathtub in all the rooms.

Loved the room - it was spic and span. On check-in I saw a beautifully decorated plate of Pastel de Natas as a warm welcome. Automatically uplifted my mood after a tiring arrival at midnight. Thank you! The wellness area was relaxing and clean and I used the sauna twice.

The professionalism at the wellness area where I felt I wasn't given importance as a client - no rejection of booking request neither confirmation. Had to personally visit thrice to ensure some response. Felt like they gave preference to certain clientele, no idea. Would have loved to go for a massage but oh well!

It is old but remodeled, so clean enough. A bit far from the center of the city, but I prefer quiet ambient and it has great connectivity to the center by public transportation. The hotel staff are kind and speak good English. Also close to the airport.

It is hard to understand that they offer only one bottle of water for one stay. I mean, if you stay 7 nights in a row, they offer only one bottle of water, not one bottle for each day. It is very weird because the staying price per day is the same anyway.

The hotel is good and with good location /100 from metro station/. The room was clean. Breakfast was very good. I have also would like to thanks to the restaurant staff for their fast reaction when my 6 years old daughter hit her forehead on the glass door. They immediately brought her ice and gave her a present to distract her. Thank you very much!

The hotel was a very big and modern building. The bar and the lobby area were very good. The restaurant for breakfast was very good and beautiful.

The staffs not very helpful. When I reserved the room I chose the option to pay the money upon arrival but 2 days before my stay the amount for the first night was deducted from my account. It was strange for me and when I wanted to get the money back and pay chash the staff told me it is not possible and I needed to be careful and read the information correctly. It was not Ok for me to be treated like this or at least be informed before.
