Eleven Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

The staff was friendly and on point and the room was clean and had everything you need. The location is pretty good, with a small street food market right next to the hotel, plenty of restaurants and bars, 5 minutes walking to the metro station and 10 minutes to a popular shopping mall where locals go to eat called Terminal 21. Overall great experience.

- there were too few sunbeds at the pool, it was difficult to find a spot to sit - there was a mould smell in the gym - i wish they had more vegetables and fruit for breakfast

Mainly Asian breakfast with good selection which suited us. Those looking for full English will be disappointed. Not far from BTS with plenty of bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Good pool area. General condition of the hotel is very good. Requested a quiet room and they obliged.

Wife had a serious fall on the pool steps next to gym - is still recovering 2 weeks later. No handrails on either set of steps just a "mind the step" notice - considering the water on the steps I think handrails would be a sensible idea as we saw many trying to cling to the gym wall when entering and leaving the pool. Staff were friendly enough, but must have been new as they didn't seem to know what they were supposed to do - especially the pool bar.

The hotel is in a good location, about 5 minutes walk to Nana BTS. This is great for getting around the city. The hotel is modern and cozy. Beds are very comfortable, clean rooms, bathrooms are well designed. Excellent service. We were able to get an early check in (10am) for an additional 1000 baht, not bad after a long journey and you want some sleep. The breakfast is great. A good variety of food. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they also had halal options too.

The only issue was storage in the room. The wardrobe space is very limited and can only accommodate one person, not suitable for two people sharing a bed room.

All in all, this is a not very big hotel with a nice character and design on Sukhumvit. The big golden elephant in the lobby I found charming and fitting. The staff are very nice and helpful. I was not using most of the amenities (pool, breakfast) so can't comment on them too much.

The street view is nice but obstructed by metal bars on the window. Before staying I've read some complaints that the noise from the bustling street can be disturbing. I am a heavy sleeper and can say that while the noise reduction is not 100% it was satisfactory to me.

Booked and Checked in Executive room 409 which was interconnected to room 408. on Sunday morning from 6.30 am the guess in room 408 were coughing and making throw up noise. We were up from 6.30 after a late night out (3.30 a.m).

good location, clean and friendly staff. rooms of a good standard, air conditioning quiet.

the lifts are a pain due to the key card, it functions in a strange way, if you forget your card, I.e pop out the room while others are still in the room, you can’t get back to the room floor, security guard refused to help either, had to phone my partner to come down to the lobby to get be able to get back to the room. if you visit friends on a different floor, again without the card you are stuck. however at other times the lift worked without the card, made no sense. The shower floor is very slippery, we found this problem was the same in all 3 rooms we booked, friend of ours took a fall in his shower and tore his finger nail back and damaged his shoulder. The also shower runs from a set heat to really hot, cold and really hot, be careful when using.

The hotel is in a busy neighborhood, nearby many restaurants, especially many bars and clubs at nights. But the good thing is when we went to the room at night, it was quiet, we didn't hear all the noise heard on the streets. The staff are very friendly and informative. The facilities in the room are new with many plugs - very convenient. The bathroom has powerful shower. However, the mirror in the bathroom is too high :)) It is good that they have a full length mirror near the door though. The beds are comfy and big for a twin bed. Good location as well, less than 1km to MRT and BTS. We could walk to the BTS easily to use ARL to the airport. Many taxis and tuk tuk park near the hotel. The room is not super spacious but the size is good enough for a hotel in the city centre of Bangkok. Plenty of room for our baggages. Bear in mind that you will need to pay 1000 Baht deposit at check-in.

The window doesn't have a view. It just looks to the wall of another building.

The staff and their behaviours,attitudes. They were very help full right from check-in time. Very cooperative. The location was excellent!! The loby was well organized and maintained to the guest's requirements ,needs and rest. The coffee shop is well conacted to the hotel's building, very easy to accsess. Great atmosphere and well looked after! Many restaurants, coffee shops, bars and fast food nearby and arrounds!

Honestly, nothing was noticed and/or worth to mention!! I think the hotel's management have well studied the guests needs and concerns and may be have learned from their previous mistakes.

very clean and comfortable rooms! We’d been tricked at a few places previously were they out a fluffy blanket on the bed to make them look comfortable but it turns out to be as firm as a rock. This was not the case at the Eleven - beds were incredibly comfortable! the upstairs level (pool/bar/gym/restaurant) are stunning - pictures tell it all. Staff were very helpful and accomodating.

wish the pool had some day beds in the shallow area of the pool. Price was very expensive when we booked for Songkran. One of our party had their flight changed and had to stay an extra night and the prices were very reasonable - so pricing can be hit and miss.
