Ramada by Wyndham Bangkok Sukhumvit 11

Hotel is newly renovated, clean, up to date interior (no tacky interior designs). Comes with a gym and small pool, which is a plus point. Walking distance from Nana Station, makes travelling easier

Heard the neighbours when they raised their voice, not sure if they were really really loud or soundproofing issues. Needs more lights in the room, sleeping area was lit only by the bedside lamp and the table lamp. Had to adjust the table lamp to shine towards the ceiling for the room to be brighter.

They didn't advise the customer about changing the name of the Hotel. From Oakwood hotel to Grandswiss hotel, That's why the taxi driver could not find easy the hotel. During my stay they still didn't put the sign with the name of the hotel.

Great location - right next to Nana sky train station. Room was spacious and comfortable. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Pool is small but nice and the poolside bar makes it that much better!

Not enough lighting in the room. Shower drains very slowly (even after someone was sent to fix it), and showerhead pressure is poor. Bed sheets were not entirely clean.

Very comfortable and clean room. Truly feels like 4*. lovely staff and AMAZING location.

The breakfast was very poor, I wouldn’t recommend paying for the service as the food really doesn’t taste good.

View from the window is of another apartment building. Hotel entrance is hidden and hard to find with no signage (probably because of the recent change in name)

We requested connecting rooms but it was not allocated and was booked out when we arrived. We had to request if anything was available the next day as they didn't offer it to us. Luckily there was so they swapped us over. The room was nice and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Driver found it hard to get to as google wasn't showing the correct location. It's hidden in an alley. We would recommend visiting Cozy Massage down that alley (as there was quite a few to choose from) The pool there was shallow and small but the kids liked it anyway.

I found a dirty dry stain on the sheets but found housekeeping and they changed it straight away.

The Hotel Location is Very Convenience, only a few steps form Nana BTS Station which is very good area and easy to reach everywhere in Bangkok, lots of restaurant and bar nearby, and only 500m from the Famous Mall in Bangkok (Terminal 21). the room is value for money, clean, and well maintenance. The breakfast was good, event its the same menu in everyday, but over all is good.

I didn't like the TV in the room, they make dubbing in to Thai Language in International Channel with no subtitle, as an International guest I didn't understand Thai Language and need subtitle.

Location was right off Soi 11 and super close to the NANA BTS Sky Train station. Staff was helpful and the rooms were clean and comfy. It was near a noisy club, but it was surprisingly completely quiet in my room. Gym and pool were also good points.

Only thing I didn't like was not a real issue... There is some stage of transition happening because google maps says Swiss hotel, and shows no Ramada nearby. So pay attention to the address provided rather than the hotel name. Then, on the outside of the hotel is neither hotel name, lol. Again, the address was accurate, but the labeling was funky for the first time getting there. Easy breezy after that.

Great location near BTS Nana station and very convenient to go a lot of places.

The room has no intercoms and quite small compare to other hotel I’ve stayed. The room makeup standards are different every day. I stay 7 nights, the first 2 nights I had no small towel, then the q-tips was not resupplied, then some big towels or small towel missing. Not big mistake but small ones can be found daily. Not affecting overall final staying experience but should be improved. At shower room, hot water is very slow will need 3-5 minutes running for hot water.

Excellent hotel that I always stay at when I am in Bangkok. The location is right next to Soi 11 where there is fantastic night life, cafes, restaurants bars etc The staff at this hotel are always amazingly friendly and helpful and the rooms are just beautiful. I haven’t been in the pool yet but it looks great and the fitness suite is now open and after being closed for refurbishment.

I stay here all the time so it was easy for me to find, but the hotel has changed names 3 times in the last 6 months and there is no sign on front to recognise it as the Ramada By Wyndham yet. So anyone new might find it difficult to locate. It’s best to google map the hotel beside it called “Citin”..then you will find this hotel beside it.
