Here are things that we look for when staying at hotels. 1. Location - perfect! Right near 7 eleven, train station and terminal 21 2. Bed/pillows - soft and comfy! 3. Aircon - clean and super cold. 4. Size/space - decent sized room, cupboard for baggage 5. Safety/locking - safety deposit box available. 6. Staff/service - cleaners, reception, bag person all super friendly and made us feel comfortable 7. Check in/out - super easy, quick and straight forward 8. Amenities - Pool on the roof top, and a bar area (use the phone upstairs to order drinks) Pool was clean and a decent size, little spa/jet area aswell. (No restaurant) I read there was laundry service available, but we did not use it. 9. Wifi - fast & strong free wifi 10. Cleanliness - very clean, bathroom also seemed very clean. 11. Other - desk available in the room - Many powerpoints in the room - Plenty of bench space in the bathroom/shower

Certainly! The room, the breakfast, and the location are the three most important factors for me when choosing a hotel. What I like most about each of these facets is discussed below. Everything from a soft bed and fresh sheets to a tidy bathroom and complimentary toiletries are part of a high-quality hotel experience. In addition, I place a great emphasis on a peaceful sleeping environment. Since it is widely agreed that breakfast is the most crucial meal of the day, many hotels provide this service to their guests. The best hotel breakfasts offer a wide selection of foods to satisfy guests with varying tastes and dietary needs. A continental breakfast with pastries, cereals, and fruits is one option, while a hot breakfast buffet with eggs, bacon, sausages, and pancakes is another. I also find freshly brewed coffee, tea, and juice. The hotel provided breakfast that was both high-quality and varied was much appreciated by me. My overall impressions of the hotel can be greatly affected by its location. I frequently place a high value on a site that is both handy and appealing. A hotel's location is crucial, as it should be in close proximity to various tourist spots, commercial districts, and transportation hubs. The convenience of being close to dining establishments, retail establishments, and points of interest is highly valued. I often prefer staying in an area that is both secure and well-served by public transportation. What different people like about these features may vary. However, I value accommodations that allow me to stretch out and relax during my stay. I love waking up to a hearty and varied breakfast spread since it sets the tone for the day. Finally, a prime location enhances the pleasure of a trip by making it easy for visitors to get around and see the sights.

Rooms were great. Not huge but not overly cramped either. Everything was clean, comfortable and well laid out. The staff were all extremely kind and friendly, and were always happy to greet you with a smile. Great location just a short walk from all the nightlife, yet still a relatively quiet street out front. 3 7-11s all within 3 minute walking distance. BTS 5 minutes, and Terminal 21 7 minute walks. Will definitely stay here again.

Pool was out of service for maintentance, which apparently will last for at least the next few months. There was no notice of this while booking, so was a bit let down to find out upon check-in. was offered to use the pool facilities at an offsite location but didn't bother trying.

Bed was sooo comfortable! nice sized rooms, shower was lovely, free coffee and so clean, room cleaners were great! For the price the hotel was great and really comfortable: we originally only booked 2 nights, we extended for 2 more nights. location was good, down a quite road, but just minutes walk from bars and restaurants and a big shopping mall and the train station. I see people saying about the taxis not being able to go down the road, they lie, don’t get taxis they lie and overcharge, get a grab they are cheaper and they will also take you right outside the hotel.

It’s easy to get to anywhere. Just a 8-10mins walk to Terminal 21 mall & ASOK station. Good restaurants, convenient stores (7-11 & Family Mart) & massage parlour are everywhere. Nearer to the most happening bars (Hilary 11) and safe to walk back to the hotel at night. Love it! Also, the staff and the cleaning lady are super friendly.

This hotel is situated on the small road of Soi Sukhumvit 13. It will get very busy in the morning. I understand why it didn’t have a cafe as the property is a small building on its own.

Strategic location.. surround you have lots of restaurants and cafes, foot massages, 7-e, etc all in walking distance. Grab, taxi, tuktuk, motor, near and easy access. Friendly staffs, overall, the whole stay was very convenient and comfortable. They have swimming pool on the rooftop, spa at the lobby,

Satellite tv doesn't give much choice on the english speaking channels even the movies. But no worries since i am mostly outside exploring anyways 😁

Clean and very comfortable room. Location of the hotel is good you can access BTS and MRT by walk. Nearest station is Asok. Massage service in the hotel. Swimming pool available. The area itself is very lively and accessible in any time of the day. You can find cafes and bars working till late night

Shuttle service to metro station was not available as it was mentioned on their website. They were telling driver is off

Nice and really helpful personal!🙏🙏🙏 Room was nice, very comfortable and clean. The pillows were big. Bit too big for my comfort, then just too late did i find the new smaller pillows inside the wardrobe. Bathtub s the best! Nice hot bath, plenty space. Location also very convenient. All in one it was a great stay and i intent to come back again.

Mattress (room610) may need to be flipped.. There must ve been a really heavy person sleeping on the right side. But it was still ok for me, ...right side was quite comfy for chill time and left side for sleeping time.😂👌 Shower water temperature& pressure needs to be examined/adjusted. Temperature in bath is good, very hot.

Modern style decor . Fast Internet . Small pool , but nice rooftop . They renovated the pool area. New tiles and an anti-bird fence to prevent the bird poo all over the pool walls . Last year it was still little bit disgusting some time . But they addressed this issue . Beds are extremely soft , but I always slept well in citrus13

I stayed for 7 nights. I really like everything about this hotel. Everything in the room is great. Also, the electrical socket is universal which mean it fit all plugs. Receptions were very friendly and helpful when ask them any questions. Location is great. There is good massage shop in front of the hotel. You can eat breakfast and pay when you check out. You can find everything with few steps next to the hotel.

I tried the swimming pool once at night and it was very dark because many lights were broken.
