Muk: The lady at front desk at Citadines. She did an exceptional job. She was very helpful and courteous. The kitchen in the room was very useful.

Booking.com and the Hotel gave an option to upgrade to a room with “a landmark” view for a few thousand Baht extra. The only view i had was the parking lot next door. Very deceptive and disappointing.

The proximity of the hotel and the restaurants. The night shift staff. Unfortunately, I don't remember the name of the lady, but she was great and very welcoming. Attention to details, etc

The morning staff, no smile!! Not even a good morning. I came to the counter and she said "what you want!!!", Really! Absolutely not acceptable. What a difference with the night shift staff. Very disappointed.

Good location, no traffic noise as the building is located on a dead end street that has several good restaurants within an easy 3 minute walk. Gym located in the facility is better than most hotel gyms as it does have one multi-station weight machine and barbells. Not a stellar full gym facility but workable. Roof top pool is small with no pool side seating so not a place to hangout, but has view. Hotel location is convenient central location easy 5 min walk to mass transit rail and 10 min to shopping mall.

The hotel was a little far from the main road, but there is a free tuk tuk service that takes you back and forward, and it's an easy walk nevertheless. There's a good restaurant almost next door, but I liked Doi Soi 12 - very affordable. The really good thing about the room was its size, which I like - 25m2 I think. Really reasonable for young couples or cheapskates like me. You don't get 7 Star when you pay for 4, but it's nice to be at the comfortable end of 4 star for comfort, without having an exorbitant price tag. It's also close to the train station, so all-in-all, pretty good value. This is a reasonable choice for a budget stay in Bangkok (although several hotels I have stayed at previously were closed for renovation or for other reasons). You might choose another hotel if you were looking for elegance, but you'd probably pay more.

Most of the staff were great. One or two were a bit sour, which I find unusual for Thailand. At first I was put off by where it was in the street/lane, but that hesitation disappeared quickly as I rapidly learnt when to use the tuk tuk service and when to walk.

The room had all comforts and amenities that one can think of. The kitchenette was fully equipped with utensils, plates, cutlery, knives, scissors and any other tiny thing you can possibly think of, was available. The tuk tuk service was very prompt and extremely convenient to get to the BTS station. They offered prompt taxi service to airport which was actually cheaper than grab. Extremely clean facility and courteous staff. They didn't take any money deposit which was a plus.

The room was tinier than it looked in photos, and there was a slightly fishy odour in the air that was discomforting to us as vegetarians. The breakfast buffet had few vegetarian options apart from basics of bread and butter.

Location was far away enough so there wasn't any Sukhumvit road noise, the staff were the best , thank you Mark and the staff for making feel comfortable, I really do feel like part of a family when I stay there and I'll be returning again soon

I enjoy staying on the 7th floor as it makes it easier for me to access the pool and gym, the only problem I had was all the noise late at night from uncontrolled children running up the hall way and screaming between midnight and 3 in the morning, I got a few sleepless nights , I know the staff do their best , just some parents are irresponsible as far as the children go, I found the middle eastern parents the worst, I'm not a racist , it's only my opinion from what I could see

My partner and I stayed for 5 nights. The hotel was great value for money hotel, all of the staff were great and very helpful, there is a restaurant onsite which served very nice food including local authentic dishes but also pizzas etc. The room itself was clean and cosy, it had all the kitchen facilities you would need including a kettle, microwave and stove along with some nice extras like an iron and ironing board. There is a washing room that we paid 90 baht to use, very cheap and super helpful for our journey. The gym is a good size which is a nice bonus and the cleaners were very friendly greeting us in the mornings, they would also leave bottles of water in the room after cleaning which was great. The location was ideal for us, you can take a train from the station nearby, Nana station is about a 10 minute walk up the street or the hotel even provides a tuk tuk that will essentially take you to it. The train is very cheap and makes it easy to get around the city. At night the street the hotel is on comes alive, littered with street food vendors and also has some nice pubs and bars.

My only issue was that we planned to sit around the pool in the sun on slow days, while the pool is in the sun, the area around it is covered so this was not possible.

The premise was clean

I was disappointed as how the receptionist responded to my queries after arriving to the hotel. I booked two rooms from booking.com from 23 June to 1 July and contacted directly to the hotel to book rooms for 22 July 2023 as we will be arriving in the morning and couldn’t stay till 2pm for check-in with a kid. I got confirmation from the hotel via email stating that our rooms were booked for 22 June 2023 but after arriving the receptionist said that our rooms were not ready and guests are there. This was very frustrating and receptionists were very rude. Also the welcoming note inside the room was addressed to a wrong person. The gym need to be equipped with many equipments as we had to wait till others finish to use the treadmill. Pool was small.

I really liked the space, kitchen and the idea of a separate common bath and toilet. Master room came with it's own toilet with bathtub. Kitchen is quite well equipped with microwave, dish soap and new sponge. There're many pubs along the street leading back to the hotel. Nana BTS Station is less than 10mins walk. It's straight access to Asok and Siam where there're too many shopping to be done in a day.

The master toilet heater is not working very well. Water came out suddenly too hot then turn too cold. Sewage at the master sink also stink. Luckily still got another toilet to use so not too bad. In fact, I think that's what happened frequently, Master toilet cannot use so use common toilet, cause even the tap atb the master toilet seemed harder to push and turn. Swimming pool is really small but kids got bored after 10mins. It's more like an huge tub. The main street outside is slightly sleezy with many ladies standing waiting for customers. But I think it's still quite ok and the street is still quite peaceful and not roudy.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. They had a tuk tuk picking you up on the main street and dropping you off, no cost. You just have to call the hotel.

The building doesn't look incredible outside but that doesn't matter much. The rooms are clean and nice. There is no space to sun bath in the pool but still is a good pool. If you are ok having a lot of single man looking for fun in bangkok you will be OK. Everyone was respectful and I didn't see anything that bothered me but that is the crowd of the hotel. At least everyone was respectful and kept to themselves. Lots of restaurants in the street.
