Great location just off Sukumvit road close to BTS and Terminal 21 shopping centre good value for money friendly staff, good breakfast

only one small point paid extra for a room with a balcony, don't bother the balcony is surrounded by other close buildings ,balcony furniture not clean waste of the extra money

Location, the room was so comfy. Breakfast has a lot of choices!

I think the room needs a bit of renovation. It kinda looks old already.

I had some issues with my bookings but the staff helped me out, and I really appreciated that. The staff was really helpful and friendly, no matter it was regarding my booking or when we contacted them at the hotel counter. Kudos and thanks to the team! The hotel is located near Nana district, it's a very touristy place, and no issues getting food nearby and massage nearby. Hotel room was comfortable and clean, also spacious enough to put our luggage.

We were a bit disappointed with the hotel breakfast, food option was not much and taste was not that great. Hotel location is a bit far from the main road, and therefore could pose some safety concerns especially for lone traveller., but everything was fine during our stay. Just make sure to be careful when you are walking alone on the street especially when it is dark.

Lovely room, nice balcony, supper shower, nice roof pool and bar. Easy to get to anywhere from the location. It was also quite, which is surprising for Bangkok. Staff were really good.

Breakfast lacked a little for Northern European taste, but over all good. There was no remote to turn off the A/C when you went to sleep, but that's minor little thing. The only thing I did not like my room smelt of cigarette smoke (I'm an ex smoker so very sensitive to that smell) it took all of four days to air out the room.

Everything!!! I've stayed at this hotel 4 times I love everything about it!!! Friendly helpful staff, clean rooms, the food is excellent especially in the Nomad restaurant Tan & the girls are a credit to the hotel!! The girls on reception were so welcoming & helpful & found time to have a friendly chat, The location is perfect down a quite street so just a short walk to all the action. Would I stay here again? Most definitely I'm already planning my return. Keep up the good work Galleria 10.

There's nothing I didn't like.

The staff was incredibly friendly. I have stayed there multiple times over the years and some of them still remember us, so it felt like we were coming back home. They even had some great food recommendations that was nearby that was affordable, tasty, and super local. It is also in a pretty great location, a short walk away from either the Nana or Asok BTS which made it so easy to get around by train. It was also a short walk to Terminal 21 if you need to do some shopping, and there are a ton of 7-11s nearby if you need to grab some snacks or drinks.

The location, while convenient, is also problematic. Sukhumvit is notorious for its traffic and trying to go anywhere by taxi or Grab is a super frustrating experience. It takes an insanely long time for your taxi/Grab to reach your location as the roads outside are always jammed. It's not the hotel's fault by any means, but since we usually travel in a big group, we prefer taking cars, so it's something you definitely want to think about if you plan to stay here. Also, the gym's equipment could be better maintained. I know not everyone wants to workout during a holiday, but it would be nice if it was better maintained. Another thing is that the pillows are quite worn down and a bit flat, could do with some new pillows as well.

When I first looked at going to Bangkok I wasn't sure about the location of the hotel I'd booked but when I got there I was surprised how close it was to a lot of facilities. Eg . Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Night Life and everything was within walking distance. Wherever you wanted to go you could walk and be there in 10-15 minutes. If I was to go again to Bangkok I would definately stay at this hotel again as everything was spot on, from the location to every member of staff it was brilliant andI can't say anymore than that.

I was taken back a bit by how many poor people there are living on the streets. I don't often get immotional but this sort of thing did upset me and I did in some cases try to help by offering them money which they were very grateful for.

I recently enjoyed a 9nt stay at Galleria 10 hotel, which provided an excellent room with good WIFI and an excellent buffet breakfast

I was disappointed by the 7M X 7M roof top pool. This pool is OK for a paddle, but not a serious swim. The TV channels offering was disappointing with no UK /English programmes. The location was also further to walk to Asok BTS station than anticipated by Booking.com map. The hotel is actually closer to Nana BTS, just a 10 minutes walk. The hotel was busy when I checked in after 26 hour door to door journey and I had to wait for my room to be readied. The room was excellent !!

Great location, good bar and meal facilities on top floor, (next to pool) , excellent massage facility also on top floor, (used quite often), breakfast was reasonable with some variety and eggs cooked to liking. Hotel was reasonable value for money.

Unfortunately the room ( 310) was showing signs of general wear and tear, including the situation in the shower where the floor tiles had separated from the floor allowing water in between resulting in a squelching sound when taking a shower, also supply of toiletries (toilet paper etc) was not consistent resulting in having to ring for supplies

- Good location, near the BTS station, convenience store, shopping malls. - Staffs were helpful and friendly. - Not located on the main road, not noisy at night. - The breakfast was delicious. I'm a big fan of the chicken meatball noodles at the noodle station. - The room, bathroom and bed were clean. - Rooms are equipped with a safe, AC, iron, ironing board, small refrigerator, electric kettle, coffee and tea, free bottled mineral water, hair dryer, hanger, toiletries, slippers, flat-screen TV and telephone.
