location is amazing. it is a 5min walk to both MRT and BTS lines. 5min walk from major shopping centre.

hotel is on the main road which gets really noisy at night. you’ll be fine with a good set of noise cancelling earphones though.

I’ve stayed here before many times ranging from 2 years ago to this time of this review. wifi is good, staff is great, they have daily room keeping now as far as restocking the water and new bath towels, the bed you got to make by yourself. You don’t have to talk to staff much but when you do they are helpful.

shower water didn’t get warm, but it was so hot outside a cold shower was most refreshing.

The hotel is close to Sukhumvit MRT and Terminal 21, you are very fast everywhere in the city, for me this neighborhood is the best regarding to this fact. The hotel is very cheap, it is not that fancy, but you have huge rooms with a lot of equipemnt (table, closet, fridge, couch etc) and everything is really clean and comfortable. I am booking this hotel everytime when I come to BKK cause I can´t imagine you gonna find a better place for this price range!

The only thing I would call negative is, that you not gonna see staff that often or ometimes even never to ask some questions. So you are kind of dependent on yourself. But there is a whats app number and if you are lucky they maybe reply :)

great value for a double room in a very central location

staff were not attentive perhaps they had shortage of staff on the day we stayed, but we couldn’t get into the property despite messaging them our arrival time as requested. we ended up getting in by going into the shop next door who were able to contact them for us as we didn’t have a thai mobile number and tried messaging with no response! Also witnessed 3 other guests not able to get in at different times - I let in coming in and out of the hotel

The best value for Money hotel in the heart of Bangkok. Seriously you cannot get a better deal than what they are offering in 500 bht only. The room size was huge and the hotel was clean.

The hotel entry system is very weird though. They give you a key which you will use to enter the main door. But it will work only after trying at least 4-5 times which can be frustrating. They should definitely fix this issue. They should put a tea kettle inside rooms. The hotel building shakes like a 5 magnitude earthquake almost after every 2-3 hours. I got used to it but initially it was a shocker

The hotel is very close to both BTS and MTR making it a very convenient way to travel in and around Bangkok. Rooms were bigger than expected, and the bed is very comfortable. Big shower with enough pressure and warm water.

Easy arrival from Bangkok airport, but staff is only present in the hotel at certain hours, If you contact them by phone for late arrival, they will need about 15-20 minutes to send someone from Studio Asoke to open for you and give you the key.

A truly contactless checkin and check out process. We reached at 10.20 pm and called the number provided at the reception. Within 5 minutes the attendant arrived and check in was done smoothly. We could keep our luggage at the hotel counter for 5 hours after checking out. Rooms were spacious and adequately equipped with storage space, refrigerator, hot water supply and toiletries. It was clean and tidy. Wifi was available and fast internet speed. The location was very convenient for us to travel to the various malls and also the airport. It was a great value for money.

Everything was good.

The room was very spacious, it was clean and had a TV and aircon with good wifi too! The bed was comfy and very large! Short walk to Benjakitti park which was nice and near to the metro.

It is very noisy from the streets! Lot's of traffic noise through the day and night and the room shakes when large lorry vans pass! But we were Jet-lagged so we slept fine anyway!

First of all you get what you pay for: a decent but basic room with enough space for luggage and for a very good price in a perfect location. I got a room on the backside as requested which gave me the possibility to sleep quite good without hearing the main street in front of the hotel that much. My review is based on that.

Had to call the reception at the main door to get into the hotel. I dont know if there was a bell or so, i didnt see any at least.

Extremely clean and affordable, all the necessarily amenities are provided (except for hair dryer but not a problem for me). More spacious than imagined which is a plus. Location is prime, very near to BTS and MRT (Asoke or Sukhumvit) and plenty of food and coffee choices in steps away.

The building shakes at times - but trust me not a lot - but you def can feel it when it happens.
