the room was large and comfortable, the staff were excellent and very helpful. Its a good location near 2 train lines.

The air conditioner in my first room wasnt producing enough cold so they moved me to another room which was less desirable and was on a smoking floor. The staff were friendly but I liked my original room.

Staff are friendly and the location is such that you can get to the MRT and the Skytrain quite easily. Just a tip - the rooftop pool is very pleasant but do note that there's no shallow end and the bottom rung of the pool ladder is missing. So if you're not a competent swimmer, don't get in there as you may not be able to stand up in the pool.

Very good location and the staff are always friendly, helpful and quick. The hotel is within easy walking distance of the SkyTrain and MRT. Hotel is value for money. It is very convenient to have washing machine and balcony for a longer stay.

For several days in a row the shampoo and body wash had run out and were not replaced. Gym equipment doesn't work and hasn't for quite a long time. I understand that Covid meant the hotel had to save costs, but as tourism picks up, it should be serviced or replaced.

Liked what the hotel had to offer, in general. Rooms can be more up to date with regard to maintenance, just an observation, not a complaint. The Front Office staff are top notch. Very approachable, efficient and obliging. Location being on a quiet lane suited us just fine. GRAB app to the rescue for local commute.

Breakfast was limited in choice and quite repetitive but not a deal breaker though. Housekeeping is a bit shoddy especially when it comes to replenishments (water, toiletries, etc.).

It was at a perfect location. It’s 5 mins walk away from MRT and BTS station, make it super convenient to travel anywhere. 10 mins walk away from Terminal 21, that has all the food and shopping need. Staffs are super nice. They’re super polite and clean our room daily.

It’s a bit stinky outside the hotel but that’s expected. The pool was under renovation so we didn’t get a chance to use it but they did offered to take us to one of their near by hotel to use their pool instead.

the staff are great. the rooms and very comfortable and clean. the balcony is nice for space although view not the best but that is not a problem. I was going to stay 1 week and extended to 2 weeks here. if your looking for a base only and comfortable hotel this is great

pool area a little outdated

Great location. The room was large and comfortable and the staff were all wonderful and friendly. Excellent breakfast options. We have stayed before and will certainly be staying again in the future.

Pool was being renovated, which couldn't be helped, just bad timing for us.

We spent there 3 full weeks. The staff was very helpful, and rooms were rather large. The place was convenient and we spent good time there. The location is fine for access to transportation, shopping etc. but not the closest to the main tourist attractions.

Some rooms are not in the best condition, so we needed to search for the 'right' one before settling in (this condition is by now quite common in Thailand). The staff was very cooperative on that.

Good location, within walking distance of local eateries and convenience shops. Asok BTS and Sukhumvit MRT access means you can get quickly to where you want to be without breaking too much of a sweat. Nice top-side pool, small, but enough space for a few deck chairs and umbrellas. Staff is friendly, helpful and there’s always someone on hand to help. Good arrangement in place for breakfast.

Aircon can be a bit noisy, but some earplugs at night helps dull the noise. Double glazing of the balcony glassdoor and windows will go a long way to shut out some of the road noise at night.
