Fabulous, large bathroom. The staff is very helpful & place is super clean. There is a fridge & staff will remove minibar items if you ask. They provide 2 water & coffee/tea packets daily. Rooms are a great value, right by Sukhumvit MRT, Asoke BTS & fab Terminal 21! Lots of good restaurants & street food vendors right there. We will stay again.

The less costly rooms are a bit dark with no view from windows (they are blocked), but we've stayed before & knew that. The a/c was broken the 1st night, could not cool room, but hotel was full so they gave us fans. The next morning, they did move us to another room with a working a/c as soon as someone checked out & room was cleaned. They were very responsive.

E priceLocation is very good. 5mins walk to BTS/MRT Station. Plenty of food, massage places. convenient stores just 2mins away. No gym or pool. But it's expected for the price and a small boutique hotel. Overall good experience.

No aircon in front office and common area. Each room only given 01 key. Even if there are 2 persons staying. Kind of rigid.. should at least upgrade the reception area to be air-conditioned. And one of the toilet light and 2 bedside lamp not working. But i did not bring up to the hotel reception, as I am out most of the time.

It is a trendy boutique style hotel in a great location in Bangkok. Perfect for a short stay. Comfortable bed, shower, and furniture.

No real daylight in the room. It's a bit dark, but if you're only staying a couple nights, it's fine.

Room super tendance with a digital display that controls most parts of the room. Nice bathroom. Water heater, mini bar, full fridge, . . .

My room had no window. Not one. No clue what happened outside. Sometimes I went down ready for a walk and discovered it was raining big time. One night is kinda OK but when you spend 4 nights or more, you start becoming a bit crazy.

1. Location - few minutes walk to BTS/MRT/Terminal 21, opposite Healthland Asoke 2. Convenience - 2x 7-11 around, BTS/MRT/Terminal 21, local morning food stalls outside 3. Room is spacious, good selection of TV channels, water pressure is strong enough 4. Helpful housekeeping staff

1. As mentioned by others, insufficient lighting in room, but not issue for me 2. The street was dark at night 3. No cloth hanger provided in my room

great location close to asok station and terminal 21 shopping - quite street for a good sleep as there are no bars on that street. small hint for taxi or moto taxi - dont try to give them street name or adress - tell them healthland asok - its oposite the hotel and everybody knows it.

staff at the entrance restaurant - i don't need to be observed by them every time i enter or leave just because they are bored.

amazing bed!!! super comfortable. the in room service - we order food - was IMPRESSIVE. so good. we got there really late (checked in at 2am) and the staff was really helpful. the room is big, very very good shower with hot water. the balcony (jacuzzi room) is soooo nice. private and with a sofa and the jacuzzi. the location is also very nice, as it’s very close to mtr, BTs, 7/11 and shops. we really liked it.

THE AIR CON!!!! it did spoil the sleeping a bit. it’s VERY VERY VERY noisy. it would be great if they could do something about it. I guess it’s old. but it was a nuisance. another thing I’d like to see changed is that the jacuzzi doesn’t have hot water… it was ok for me at the time but it would be wayyyy more enjoyable if it had hot water.

Location was excellent. So many things around. Walking distance to Terminal 21. Room was great, although a bit dark but good for a solo traveller. Smart TV was provided and ample space for sitting. Bed was very comfortable.

Had ti wait for 45 mins for check-in and that too when I had to really force myself on the staff that room key was given. However when I reached the room, room-service had just finished so I cant blame the counter staff. Anyway it should have been managed better.

Kind of a sleeper place but it's pretty solid overall. It's in a great, thriving and happening area yet it's small and easy to utilize -- getting in/out isn't a chore. Has a nice, low key vibe and rooms are decent sized, good walk-in showers and very comfortable large beds. Mini-fridge is stocked, also snacks. Bar and light food on-site. Staff minds their business and is helpful when engaged. Outdoor patio tables with service, full bar. Attractive smaller boutique-type design. Everything you might possibly need within 10 minute walk, from luxury shopping, bars, restaurants, Soi Cowboy, and metro (Sukhumvit) and BTS (Asok). Winner... Especially great for solo traveler like myself.

Only issue, but I adapted, was my room was a bit dark. But I was gone most of day and thus fine at night. The lighting isn't made for reading...

Nice looking hotel/room (quirky), comfy bed, and great design/decor. Good housekeeping and room amenities. Secure and private. Short walk to public transport and places of interest.

Noise from the street (no sound proofing made it difficult to sleep, especially early). I was expecting it to be quieter. Furniture/design of room looks great but a little impractical (banging shins/toes on furniture and some care/effort needed when climbing in/out of bath/shower). Aging facility. No slippers.
