Ibis Istanbul Airport

We needed to book this last minute after an issue with another booking (booking.com still haven't rectified 🤬) Staff were helpful re hotel but not surrounding area. Food in restaurant was fine for 1 night as was the room but its clear this hotel is very new with many things not up and running yet so the price was a bit steep. Location wise was great and were at the airport in 15min but found our own transfer as hotels was also expensive. Fine for a night before a flight when a beds needed.

No alcohol on the premises, long walk to a shop. Hotel is situated right on a dual carriageway. Air con didn't work looked like they were still installing it in corridors.

Nice hotel where I had all what I needed for a short stay near Istanbul airport: a new and clean room, a very good shower, a comfortable bed, tasty coffee in Starbucks 24/hr in a hotel-lobby, good service, very friendly and caring personnel. So in total: a very good price-quality ratio. Special thanks to Sercan Dinler Front Office Supervisor for his high professional service.

Not a very convenient entrance if you are with heavy luggage, but personeel was very attentive to it and helpful

Many Caffè around hotel, "near" to the airport.

Transfer from/to airport is the same price as for the room about 60 euro. Next time I will have to arrange transfer with reasonable price myself. The main door between corridor and main lobby makes a lot of noise all night long. It woke me up many times. Sauna and etc did not work. If it is not working, Pls, do not mention it on the booking. It is very disappointing.

İ stayed at this hotel över night to catch my flight next morning. The location is very convenient, personnel gizem , Yasin and atlas are very helpful and friendly, i had a minör problem with the sink drain, and got help very quickly and efficiently. Certainly, recomme d this hotel, quality of service and Price ratio is great

I had a one day stay and everything was perfect. reception was so helpful about everything i need to know. They have a starbucks inside, it was also delicious. It is a good option for to catch your early flight.

Staff excellent especially Rezan at reception, when we had trouble meeting our transfer at airport, her response to our call was prompt, patient in understanding our issue and very good at resolving the problem. She was wonderful also during our stay at assisting us with any queries and organising outgoing transfer. Your cafe is also excellent

One of the elevators was not working, the curtains were not fitted onto windows/wall well, so that, you cannot make the room dark at all, which makes sleep impossible during the day with the direct sun light coming from window. Addition, the windows were not sound proof, and you hear the traffic noisy. Staff were nice. Room was clean.

İ stayed at the hotel during a layover flights and it was close to the Airport with a short and cheap drive away. The room was cosy and clean. Staff smilimg and willing to help out. Gizem was top notch help and very friendly.

The reception manager was very attentive and gave us all information needed to have a pleasant stay. All questions and requests were attended to promptly by hotel staff.

Everything was new and the staff was very helpful and polite. With special thanks for Atlas and the owner. We will see you soon again! Sincerely Roy and family
