Istanbul Airport Express Hotel

I booked this hotel for a few hours due to a cancelled flight and they assisted me in checking in earlier and also offered me bfast. Wonderful staff and a good hotel 15 mins by taxi away from Istanbul Airport in Aranvutkoy

Friendly staff, the location not far from airport, near to the mall, carpet in the room which is good for winter

The bed is not so soft, the windows need some maintenace, in this winter first room they proposed the window wasn't closing and cold so i changed the room directly, second room windows are big and nice but in the next day the window was leaking the rain, the floor and my stuff got wet.

Great location for an airport stay. The hotel is 15 minutes away from the Istanbul airport.

They tried to sell me an airport transfer provided by the hotel at the price of 30 euros. I took a normal taxi which cost me 100 TL (5 euros). Further, the next day they tried to sell me another airport transfer - 40 euros. My normal taxi cost me 400 TL (60 minutes distance). I don't like being scammed and they tried to sell these exorbitant transfers as if trying to help me not get scammed - but they were scamming me all along.

Breakfast is included and was good enough. You can choose something to your taste. The location of the hotel is convenient, about 17-20 minutes from the airport. There are many grocery stores, cafes, shopping centers nearby. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Weak internet, sometimes there were interruptions to the internet, but the hotel staff solved this problem in a timely manner.

I stayed a night between flights. The hotel is 20 min by taxi from the airport. 150 turk liras from the airport to the hotel and 200 liras back to the airport. Easy to find a taxi in the airport, you can pay in eur, usd or liras. The room was clean and warm, there was a fridge, a tea set and complimentary water and coffee. The breakfast was ok for the price. The reception was super-friendly and helped me with my luggage.

The staff was really friendly, especially the staff at the reception. :-) They took care of us really well during our two night stay. They brought. up, and down all of our luggages - every single piece and we had five really heavy suitcases. The young men working at the reception were really approachable, and I felt at home. The staff was very accomodating. They also let us stay after check out time as we had an evening flight, and then they held on to our luggage, while we explored the town before they arranged a taxi for us to drive us to the airport. Very clean. Location is close to the Istanbul Airport. The included breakfast was delicious, and cute. The town of Aranavutkoy (area of the city of Istanbul) where. the hotel is located is really alive just down the road, and very cute. We were during the four days of EID (Bajram), and that was special, but a lot of places were closed completely or didn't function during their normal hours. I wished that I booked more than two nights, as I was really comfortable there, and I wanted to have more time to explore the Istanbul core.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

Before going to breakfast I told the front desk I would need a taxi at 8 AM. It was with the expectation that the taxi would be there at 8. Instead, the front desk only called for the taxi at 8 after I came downstairs. I didn't like that the front desk couldn't work out having the taxi arrive at the preferred time.

Close to the Airport/staff was friendly/yummy food in breakfast/ a woman serving in buffet instead of people touching food/ comfy bed/size of the room is great/banks and stores downstairs/

The toilet had public hair and the toilet paper was an old one when we arrived/ it was cold and did not have a Heater option. The woman serving food served a guy for the 2nd time in his old plate so we did not want to go back and ask for food as the thongs might have been contaminated with his saliva.

Incredible before, during, and after visit service. Exceptional staff. Outstanding breakfast. A truly outstanding experience.

I don't actually think this was a hotel problem but I noticed a strange smell in my room - 314 - that smelled like sitting water or rotting garbage. I'm pretty sure it came from outside.

Good hotel, relatively close to the airport. People at the reception speak English and were very helpful. Thank you very much! The room was pretty spacious and comfortable. Definitely will come back

Bad wifi. Fortunately, I had enough mobile data, otherwise would be unable to work. Would be nice to provide water and tea in the room every day, not only at arrival. Breakfast was modest, but ok for a couple of days.
