The Crouch Oak

We stayed for one night as we had a wedding reception nearby. The location was good, and there are lots of fast food places right outside. The pub was quite big with a pool table and outside seating. Staff were friendly. Our double room was small but clean, the bed was comfy and we had a ceiling fan which was great as it was a very hot day. It had a nice hot shower with good water pressure and tea and coffee facility's. It had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

The on suite was very small and the sliding door didn't really fit the frame. We would of liked to try the food but there was no breakfast available. There was no lunchtime menu either on the day we stayed.

Fabulous accommodation clean .. towels shampoo soap available kettle tea milk biscuits etc free wifi and parking . I asked wifi code at past midnight and staff replied immediately. Wonderful friendly people. Opposite huge Tesco Waitrose on high street very convenient Japanese takeaway 2 min drive away . Safe area . Comfy bed clean room , storage , tv, lovely bathroom hot shower . Overall great value for 58 gbp a night. 3 min from m25 very convenient. No upfront deposit fab !

I think a free small water bottle in the room would enhance customer welcome efforts. Also hair dryer bolted to the wall or availability would add extra value . Otherwise lovely accommodation for reasonable price

Friendly staff & friendly customers that made us feel welcome throughout our stay, it was also nice & clean everywhere . This place will always remind me of the exploding glass incident where a empty pint glass just exploded without warning showering the bar & myself in glass, this was all quickly cleared up & I received a free pint as a apology .

The Crouch oak appears to be the only pub in Addlestone which can be limiting for yourself if you like visiting different hostelries without driving, also dont rely on getting a early nights sleep if that's your thing as it can be a little noisy for some peoples liking. that said, it is a pub & its not meant to be quiet .

Good service, friendly starf, and the location Is very good. We did not get a city wiew but we were there just one night and the hotel is located in the suburb of London. A very quiet place and the price was unbelievable. The drive from the hotel to Heathrow is relatively short so we booked a taxi very early in advance with so.e help from the staff so that was no problem at all. Very good to have a private bathroom with a shower. There was a big Tesco just across the street.

Amazing staff, great food, good location, a huge family room, with a sofa etc. Everybody was so friendly. There was even entertainment on the Friday night. Not forgetting ample free parking.

It was a little noisy, with the windows open and there's an outside staircase to the rooms. That wasn't an issue for us though. And you cant be responsible for the noises outside either. It was only a little traffic and a few people taking, in the morning. It was quiet enough in the evening.

Convenient for a one night stay, room was comfortable enough, although not large, it had everything required for a comfortable night. The bed was comfortable, the room was warm and it was good to be able to keep an eye on my car through the window.

Nothing - for the price paid and my needs for one night this was fine. As a single room, it was not large but perfectly good enough for one night.

Friendly staff ample safe parking and food was not only great value but great all round! Rooms were clean and just did exactly as I wanted

Although I knew no breakfast was included as not a b&b this would be the only improvement but again I knew it wasn't an option but this is me being picky

Ideal location for Brooklands Motor Museum, very help full staff, on site parking and a bar downstairs.

I asked about breakfast, but not available, but I did find a cafe a 2 minute walk away, but there was a clagging off and on outside, I'm not sure where it was coming from had to stuff paper in my ears to drown it out.

Good value, simple clean room. Off-street parking at the property, covered by security cameras - a big plus ... shops, selection of restaurants, cinema all within a few minutes walk. Check-in and out was easy with staff on premises of pub all day.

Location good went out for breakfast in the local town which was very good and close to the Pub.

Shame not more ensuites to the rooms and only 2 available toilets with washing facilities to cover 10 rooms I assume all without ensuites.
