Easy check-in, good breakfast, large room, absence of noises, parking at the basement otherwise big multi-level parking just aside. Near the main pedestrian streets of the city center with various restaurants and shops. Repainting the wooden frame of the doors of the bedrooms might give a fresh touch. However this is only a minor detail.

Call one of the the two lift of the hotel is quite an experience as the system seems not working properly (pass your card on the left one; it seems it works better). The parking was busy when I had to used it the second night so I was allowed to park in the multi-level one.

Upgraded because had asked for a walk in shower. Nespresso machine and herbal teabags. Comfy bed. Helpful staff. Felt secure. Good selection of fruit at breakfast. Towelling robe (although only one between the two of us). Powerful shower with easy controls.

Signage and number of spaces in garage. Couldn’t find exit first time. Cost of parking when not enough spaces but staff allowed us to use disabled space as no one who required it booked in. Only one USB point by bed, the second one on far side of room. No heated towel rail. Easy to switch the “do not disturb/do my room up” buttons on instead of the bathroom light off. Need a hook for outdoor coats otherwise space in wardrobe a bit cramped. Constant music and 2 muted TVs in bar. No tomato juice at breakfast. No street maps available. These were all minor niggles.

Brilliant location and amazing shower. Comfortable room. Clean and tidy. The lovely power shower with always hot water was a god send. We had lots of day travel and activities so coming back to a clean, easy to navigate hotel was nice.

The noise of 3 double lanes of traffic next to the room. I thought the window was open but it's just that loud. The air con is really loud too. I normally sleep to something with headphones on but it was tough here. Not sure if other rooms would be different. Just didn't want the hassle of asking to move rooms. I will say that other options in the area were houses converted to hotels so it was certainly worth staying.

Good location, polite and professional staff at reception, very comfortable bed, quiet, excellent cleaning and fresh towels and toiletries provided daily. TV with you plenty of channels, fast wifi, hairdryer.

Aircon very loud. Also, there was a bath tub instead of shower and inadvertently causing leaks in bathroom every time as shower curtain doesn’t prevent the water from escaping. It took me ages to find out the wifi password. Not ideal when it’s late and feeling tired. Maybe hotel can print it and put it somewhere obvious in the room alongside the available menu?

Nice clean hotel, food was not exceptional but suited us for a 1 night stay. We arrived early and managed to get a parking spot ok. The staff were friendly and the young lady on reception when we arrived was lovely and very helpful.

The common complaint on line is the road noise but there's not much you can do about that if you want a central location. Couldn't figure out the A/C and there were no instructions, but both of those things are common to most hotels. Hoteliers must think that you need a mental challenge after a long drive, we don't.

Everything - from the arrival service (provided with a warm check in Chocolate Cookie) very nice touch. The staff and overall service was amazing. Everyone was polite friendly and willing to spare some free time to assist me. Tooth brush was brought to the room when requested and uber eats order also brought to our door which was appreciated. The room was clean comfortable and smelt very nice and scented. The bed pillows were perfect as always (every brach without fail), for someone who is a light sleeper - I clocked in 8 hours easy. The bathroom again was very nice, and I appreciated the room upgrade on arrival making the booking that much sweeter. Breakfast is I learnt can be purchased cheaper the night before from reception instead of paying in the morning which the staff made me aware of and was appreciated. Overall this place is always a great stay and value for money, and would definitely recommend.

Wasn't able to get another cookie on checkout ! The sweet tooth was let down!

The room was lovely, the bed was comfortable. The location was ideal for my stay. The staff were friendly. The food in the restaurant was good quality.

I was surprised that the bar was closed when I got back from the theatre although there were quite a few people still in there. I was allowed (reluctantly)to join a group who were being served. My drink took ages to come because there was only one member of staff. When I asked for directions to one of the reception staff, they could not help me. Surely they should know where places such as theatres are in relation to the hotel

The room was fantastic but missing some items when we arrived. The front desk person very quickly sorted the matter out and was very apologetic but sorted it. They were very nice. The breakfast was fantastic and lots of choice. The waiter/manager in the restaurant, Sudeep was fantastic.

Hotel was very busy during breakfast but it was a bank holiday, so not the hotels fault. Other than that everything was perfect and the stay was ideal for travelling into London.

The breakfast was really good, the staff there were helpful in the kitchen.

Little finishing touches matter, so the staff could ask how was our stay, the colleagues in the kitchen were laughing and speaking in their own language. The remote control fir the tv did not work. We stayed for two nights so they should have provided extra facilities like tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper, towels etc… as it is one of the best rooms, we expected more. The reception and room service never answered the phone, I am disabled so I had to keep going downstairs to request something. No bath mat in the shower too. The room was small for one of the best rooms as we stayed in the King deluxe room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in early which was good. We were given a free choc chip cookie on arrival which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is you couldn't put the air conditioning onto cool as it was set to hot. We were given a fan but that didn't make much difference. The bathroom was big and clean. The bath was on the small side. Overall a pleasant stay and would stay again.

No air conditioning as it was set to heat in the winter.
