Room clean recently decorated. Very close to Station so great for access into London 30 mins. We had a twin room ,beds very comfortable and clean. Breakfast room had cereals and toast and microwave and fridge.

The access to the room when pub is shut was via a side door near smelly overflowing bins. We parked by side gate and went out for the day to find a note saying access to gate was needed. They should take car reg numbers & tell people to not to park there, A sign is needed. No food available on Sundays after 5pm so we had to go elsewhere..

This is good budget accommodation in an area where most other options are quite expensive. I arrived about 10pm, so quite late, but that wasn't a problem as the pub was open until 11pm. The kitchen was closed, but the host kindly pointed out that the takeaway pizza shop opposite was still open, and she let me eat my pizza in the bar. The room was fine, and there was a 'serve yourself' selection of cereals and toast available for breakfast. location was handy for Mercedes-Benz world, where I was attending a conference the next day.

Pub was lovely ate downstairs the 2nd night. Good value for money and staff very friendly. I arrived early on booking and they made getting my room ready a priority. Room was clean comfortable bed, complementary toiletries, fresh towels and there was a simple but abundant breakfast included so for £50 a night you really can't fault it

After all thier hard work what dose let them down is privacy. My windows had no nets and shared bathroom no privacy film. So in both rooms you have to have blinds closed. You could easily rectify this by getting inexpensive DC privacy film from Wilkinson approx £5 a roll would look better and show they were taking that extra step. My bedroom windows were unable to close due to the metal frame, no I didn't raise it as it was hot but in the winter would be a different story unless they are due to be fixed. Shared kitchen was clean but feel final checks arnt being made Broken bowl left in cupboard and could have been wiped over.

The location by the train station is perfect (25 minutes by fast train to London Waterloo). Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The guests kitchen (with microwave) is a bonus. Breakfast cereal, toast, milk, tea out. The staff are friendly. The bar and restaurant downstairs are great. There are also several other good restaurants in the town. During the day, don’t miss Ciccio’s cafe.

Arrived at this venue quite late in the evening but were greeted by very friendly staff who made us feel very welcome. After leaving our luggage in our room we went back to the bar and we were still able to order food after 9pm. We had a great meal (recommend the rotisserie BBQ chicken) - very good value. Plenty of choice for beers and lagers - good wine too. Comfortable beds. Basic accommodation but it was all we needed for a simple overnight stay. Breakfast was a serve yourself cereal and/or toast with jams option which did the job as we had a big lunch planned elsewhere. Coffee/tea/fresh milk available.

We were only looking for a bed for the night, prior to a family event in the area the next day. The Station fulfilled our needs admirably and we didn’t have any complaints.

Liked the location adjacent to West Byfleet railway station and the small village centre with a Waitrose supermarket. The room was okay, a little tired in term of decor but very clean. The wifi and television were good. The ability to use an on-site kitchen was very welcome.

The confusion at check-in was not welcome. The shared bathroom was not very clean and required a deep wash. The noise from the ber garden might be an issue for some want an early nights sleep. The bar prices were steep even for Surrey

Location was good with my work area, The kitchen has a fridge, plates, bowlers, cutlery and sink. They leave fresh bread and milk in the fridge along with cereal on the table for Breakfast. The shower is hot and has plenty of room to get changed in.

The windows were a bit hard to open and close due to the age but the heating was red hot so room wasn't cold.

Breakfast was a selection of cereals, together with bread, butter and jam or marmalade in a separate kitchen/diner. Tea and coffee making materials were in the room. Supply of clean towels and shower gel/shampoo in the for the on-suite shower room.

It would have been better if an alternative to the duvet could have been available. We had to sleep only half covered due to the weight of it, especially as the weather was quite warm.

Close to all the places I came to visit and across the road from the railway station for my trip to London Lovely clean comfortable room and fantastic food choices and quality Excellent and friendly staff who couldn’t do anything more to make my stay perfect Will definitely stay here again

The location is great. Very close to the station to access London. Free parking. A spacious room with comfortable beds. Breakfast makings which were perfectly fine. Excellent value for money. It is a decent pub downstairs and not at all noisy.

It was far too hot and stuffy in the summer weather. A fan would be useful. Otherwise good for the price.
