Superb bedroom - spacious with two chairs to lounge in, tv, refreshments including fresh milk for hot drinks (lots of choice of teas and coffees) bottles of water - all way and above normal. The breakfast was superb, beautiful fresh fruit, juice, hot drinks and a huge fried breakfast served piping hot with plenty of toast. A really exceptional place to stay. All of it was exceptionally good value too. Brilliant location and easy to find.

It was all superb

En-suite room excellent, cleaned and refreshed each day. Breakfast each morning greeted with fresh fruit bowl, orange juice, and yoghurt as standard.

Very comfortable room which gave a great impression as soon as we walked in. Comfy bed and chairs, nice bathroom. Peaceful location with no noise at all and very handy for exploring the area. Parking readily available in car park to rear. Margaret was very welcoming and laid on a great breakfast, provided wine glasses when we asked for them. We had dinner at the downstairs restaurant on the first night, very good meal and cosy surroundings. Altogether a great relaxing stay with no issues, will be back!

Nothing it was all fab

We were upgraded to the stable, which was fantastic. Everything was clean. The towels were big and good quality. The carton of orange and chocolates were lovely extra touches. The breakfast was excellent. The location in the centre of Pateley Bridge was great for pubs, shops etc, but also a great base for exploring the Dales.

There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

The room was a beautiful cottage style room with plenty of space and no low hanging beams. We stayed in a twin room and there was plenty of room left around the beds and it also had a sitting area with TV. The shower, over the bath was lovely and had great pressure with lovely hot water, extremely happy. Extremely clean neat and tidy with a fridge in the room as well. The lady who runs the BnB, Margaret, is absolutely lovely and will do all she can to ensure you have everything you need. The breakfast was substantial and there was a good choice on the menu. A very welcoming and friendly place to stay.

As we stayed on Monday and Tuesday which are the two nights evening meals are not served. Disappointing as the menu sounded wonderful. However I do understand the Margaret needs some evenings off. It just means we will have to book there again later in the week.

The room was spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Lovely little touches - fresh milk in the fridge and bottles of water, a selection of chocolates and some biscuits. The bathroom was also spotless with nice products. A very good quality breakfast with fantastic presentation. Would definitely stay here again.

An extension cable for the hairdryer.

Large airy room with a mmi bar/fridge and two rocking chairs. Very good breakfast and excellent restaurant available for part of our stay. Near to NT sites and many scenic loactions.

Had to ask for the central heating and heated bath rail to be activated. Like other places they only did this on the one day it was requested not for the whole subsequent stay. Nights were cold during period of our stay.

Location at Pateley Bridge was perfect for our sightseeing of this area. A dedicated parking spot at door was appreciated immensely as these villages have such a demand on parking. The apartment was very comfy and roomy. Heating, shower and Wifi all spot on. A bottle of milk and fruit juice and chocolates along with tea and coffee were very much appreciated.

I was surprised that breakfast was not included as part of our accomodation as it is a B & B. Breakfast was available at the cafe next door at an additional cost if you needed it.

The two bedroom house is well appointed having a well equipped kitchen, spacious dining area (adequate for 4), a comfortable lounge and two excellent bedrooms with a modern, efficient and very clean bathroom. The property is centrally located making no demands on the car throughout our stay. The attached Willow Restaurant is first class in which a plentiful and wholesome breakfast can be enjoyed (evening meal is pretty good as well). As we were 'doing' self-catering, breakfast was not included but I challenge you to find a better one in the whole of Pateley Bridge at the price. A special mention to Margaret who's customer care was exemplary.

I found the mattress, in the main bedroom, rather 'stodgy'.

I believe there are two rooms for guests at the property. The back room is almost like a cottage and has a bath. The front room is smaller and only has a shower, but it still nice. Breakfasts are very good and are included in the price. They also do other meals, at extra cost, as their restaurant is open to the public. The local pub also does meals and the High Street (which The Willow is down a short side street from) also has a fish and chip shop, pizza shop and butchers shops. There are several bus services to/from Harrogate daily, so a car is not essential.

Not so much a 'don't like' but advice. Get yourselves out to the outskirts of the village/town to take in the views and see some of the surrounding area. There are lots of Public Footpaths just outside the village. This is the Yorkshire Dales!
