RESIDENCY LUXURY SEAFRONT HOTEL

New hotel but our stay was absolutely perfect, we stayed for our daughters birthday and having two rooms together helped a lot. There was a few teething problems but they haven’t gone unnoticed and are being rectified by the management who was there to help straight away. Definitely staying here again, the rooms were absolutely stunning! Having a balcony to see the sea was perfect with the balcony doors open as well :)

I would have like the bar and terrace down stairs to have been open but spoke to management and will be open next time we book to stay

I liked the privacy, staff was very accommodating especially Libby who was exceptional.

I was unimpressed that there was no hair dryer in rooms, also TV could only be watched when connecting sky to your mobile and switching it to TV. We asked for help to set up but unfortunately was told a gentleman would be up but never appeared.

Was clean (minus the toilet seat) < not a big deal because everything else was spotless, it was comfortable and the view was just perfect.

Was quiet enough except the creaking noise not sure if someone was in the room above wasn’t loud enough to keep us awake as we slept great but was a tad irritating but wouldn’t stop us coming back as we are looking to book again and I do t think I will be staying anywhere else now.

Really enjoyed our time here. The room was a great size with a lovely view of the promenade. It was clean and modern as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were friendly and in my view it was the best place we had stayed in in Blackpool it was great value for the size of the room and the view we had. We liked it that much we booked an extra night. Would definitely return.

Very friendly staff upon arrival. Helped with getting everything set up on the TV including NETFLIX all within a few minuets of asking. Very comfortable overnight stay Hotel wasn't yet fully completed. Staff open and talkative about future plans for their new business which sounded great so may just return again when they are more up and running in regards to having more facilities.

Clean spacious room, excellent location, friendly staff, couple of small issues but sorted ASAP, owner friendly and helpful, one of the better places to stay in blackpool.

Very new hotel so still a couple of little things to be done, owner very helpful and friendly, once the little things are sorted I don't think you would find a better place to stay in blackpool.

gorgeous room, all brand new modern looking. doors open in the room with a balcony, great sea views. still doing some work but it’s all looking amazing & the staff were helpful and welcoming. We look forward to returning 😁👍

Very clean, modern rooms and host was very welcoming. We booked this hotel last minute and the room was perfect with a lot of little extras in the room along with fantastic view. The children are sad to leave so were already planning our return on are way home.

No faults with our stay

Very kind and helpful staff. Free private parking. excellant location. Excellent view to the ocean. There is a free wifi internet in the room.

Beautiful big room, fabulous view and very welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

Very noisy from the bar late evening into early morning. Myself elderly mother and two grandkids had trouble sleeping. Apart from that it was great.
