The bed was comfy room was small but we only slept there didnt get to try breakfast as we didnt get up early enough

We had a man in the next room and he was snoring so loudly we couldn't sleep we managed to get to sleep around 4am and woke up late wr had 30 mins to get ready and check out but this wasnt the hotels fault also the shower took so long to warm up and there was no where no put the shower head so had to hold it while having a shower

The location it was on the sea front which is what me an my friend was looking for. Staff where really polite ,friendly and helpful. Room was clean needed a little updating but bed was comfortable and room was used for what it was needed for,just to chill,wash and sleep. Thank you we will be back next year to see you.

Nothing really

It was spacious plenty of room for a family of 6, 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids and a double bed for us, it was simple but it done us for the night.

There were clear signs of poor upkeep in the ceiling it looked mouldy in parts and the wall paper was coming off and parts of the bunk beds were slightly damaged but on a last minute due to a train strike we couldn't complain

Great location fantastic owner and family who run the place and looked after us well it was that good I asked if I could stay another night and the owner said yes it was a brilliant stay and look forward to visit again soon absaloutly fantastic location and bar down stairs with pool table

There was nothing I did not like 10/10 brilliant

Room was clean and tidy, little bit of repair needed but nothing that was too important to effect our stay. Bed was comfy and bathroom was clean. Towels were provided and staff were all too happy to help us.

There was no where to park other than a very expensive car park a few minutes walk away or a very crowded street that if you got to park on then you are very lucky.

the bar and pool table are an excellent addition to this property, the owner is a friendly person who made the stay even better

the rooms are a little dated and need tlc but with the cost of living and competition in Blackpool it is understandable that things cannot be done. the rooms are clean and spacious.

Me my partner and my cousin and her partner..had 2 separate bedrooms both with bathrooms..clean and tidy..the manager he was so welcoming and lovely..itwas right by the beach..everything was walking distance..we all had a lovely weekend and would definitely stay there again 😊

Staff were brilliant, we had a couple of little issues (no fault of theirs) but they resolved them quickly and effectively. Very friendly and lovely to chat to as well!

Unfortunately we arrived on the first night of opening so not all the facilities were available to us which we weren't aware of at booking, however the service was fantastic and we would definitely return to stay when everything was ready.

Needed just little bit more attention to facilities ie finishing touch on decorations and not enough plug sockets

Everything about this hotel was great.

He gave us the wrong key for the front door took us more then 30 minutes to get hold of someone. Also carpet gripper in bedroom was loose and cut my partners toe.
