Excellent location for visiting the New Forest. We were welcomed by the lovely lady owner( sorry can't remember your name) who explained everything we needed to know about our stay. Our room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable and we had probably the best nights sleep we had in a long while. The shower was brilliant to! The breakfast was scrumptious . I am a vegetarian and I can assure any vegetarian that you will get a tasty well presented breakfast. The cleanliness of the place was more than a 10. The warmth and hospitality of both the owners was also exceptional. We arrived as guests and left as friends. We would not hesitate to return. A very huge thank you to such a lovely couple.

The owner is very friendly and the room was spotlessly clean although rather dated. It is in a good position to explore the New Forest and surrounding area. We didn't book breakfast as going out for brunch but a lovely touch was offering us a selection of pastries and fruit. Much appreciated.

The message received from the property was rather authoritarian. Check in only between 4 and 8, phoned at 4.30 as hadn't arrived. A late checkout after 10 may incur costs, children of 6 and over considered an adult which of course they are not. Talking about use of Internet being monitored in the information book. Shame really as it spoilt the visit.

When I Booked I got the Last Room and it showed photos of a Large Room with a seperate sofa area and large Bathroom. I was really excited as I thought we were getting that room. But we got a much smaller room than the photos shown which was a little disappointing. It was very clean, with a Comfy Bed but I felt disappointed as we didnt get the larger room I thought we were going to get that I had booked.

Everything was well thought out. Room excellent; Shower excellent; Bed, lighting, coffee and tea making very good. Hosts very helpful and being aware that I was playing croquet most of the weekend, they made an effort to suggest activities and things for my partner to see and do. Breakfast cooked well and was organised at the time I asked for.

One small niggle - the mirror over the sink was a shallow cupboard, but I would suggest a 2nd or 3rd shelf over the toilet would be an easier way to hold one's washkit with just a flat mirror on the wall. One suggestion - a small fridge sufficient to hold a bottle of wine, water or beer would be a welcome adddition to the room.

The hosts of this property are extremely kind and welcoming. The rooms are spotless and great value for money. Parking is in the main driveway so off street. We were given a very warm welcome from Fatola and later met her husband. Both were easy going and very easy to get along with. They have a very comprehensive guide book in your room full of places to eat and things to do. We had dinner at The Lamb Inn which was fantastic. Even had wild horses roaming near the car park! We realised when we first arrived that we hadn’t booked the breakfast. It was ok because we had some breakfast with us. Just as we left though Fatola came out of the house offering us something to eat before we left. She’s such a kind heart! If we were ever in the region again we wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

We got to choose our breakfast, which came in very handy, this way there is minimal waste. The meal was prepared for us at the moment. Everything was fresh. Plenty of coffee is supplied. Our host welcomed us in a very spontanious way, no pressure.

The only thing we could suggest is not to put carpets on all the floors in the house. But this seems to be a British way of building/living?

Breakfast was excellent and had kindly provided for special dietary requirements. Location excellent for Hamptworth Croquet Club. Open nature reserve over the road from property.w Host provided warm welcome and offered ideas of local places of interest to visit.

Great breakfast, given a tick sheet when you arrived to fill in so the choice was yours. Full English breakfast was egg, bacon, sausage, mushrooms, tomato,hash brown,and baked beans. Nice room with king size bed, free WiFi, colour tv, tea and coffee making facilities, bottled water and biscuits in room, hair dryer and towels also was a fan, and desk. Nice en-suite bathroom with power shower, basin and toilet. Large wardrobe with plenty of storage space. Nice lighting options. Hosts were very friendly and anxious to please. Hand sanitiser and masks available at arrival. Very close to the New Forest, we drove through Nomansland to find the property, a little slower road but very picturesque and saw the New Forest ponies ,cows and donkeys.

Bed had thin counterpane and sheet which was a little light for me, would have liked a extra blanket in the cupboard.

Excellent breakfast. Lovely hosts, friendly and very welcoming, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Lovely comfortable bed supportive but not hard with a nice soft topping. It was lovely to have sheets with light weight summer covers. Lovely and clean. Plenty of room for hanging clothes and placing clothes in drawers. Excellent shower with , shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Lots of nice thoughtful touches. I would not hesitate to recommend Cameron House.

The television needs tuning in, we could only receive 2 channels. We didn't mention this to our hosts as it wasn't of much importance to us. I am absolutely certain that this will be rectified the minute they read my review.

Friendliness, quality of food for breakfast. Little touches such as a little pack containing a hair band, cotton buds, floss. very handy to use, Shower was wonderful and easy to use. Great to have a fan in the room.

There is nothing I did not like.
