New Park Manor Hotel - A Luxury Family Hotel

The staff were fantastic. They were so helpful. The room and ensuite were both a good size and the unlimited use of the spa area (which had a good range of amenities) was much appreciated. There were lots of indoor lounge areas and outside areas to chill out in. We didn't go with children, but we noted how family friendly the hotel is. It was also so nice to see the horses and deer roaming the grounds. Lovely hotel!

It would have been useful to have a little fridge in our bedroom, to hold our packed lunch for our hike. When we received our final bill, it was incorrect. The light directly above the shower was filled with dust, which was unpleasant. The hotel guide was out of date: it included old COVID protocols and said that our room would have Elemis products to use (which they didn't). It also said that evening dining was formal, but the eating area looked the same as it does at lunch time (no table clothes etc) and the evening food was quite expensive. When we first arrived we had to ask for a tv remote, as it was missing and then had to ask again as the one we were given didn't work.

Lovely hotel in a lovely location with super facilities. There were renovations going on at the time of stay but didn't make an impact and staff were very welcoming. Spa was great and they looked after us all very well and were gentle with the first time teens. Breakfast was good selection and quality.

Minor quibbles - the put-me-up bed in the room was small (teenager using, prob better for a younger child) and the blind didn't work so very light in the morning.

Lovely location, breakfast joy good plenty choice with excellent customer care. Receptionist who amended my booking absolutely charming in the same insist professional. Have stayed in numerous hotels, however for comfort and facilities extremely good. loved the swimming pool and water temperature spot on!!

The choice in the restaurant expensive rather over rated - certainly in need of more choice. The atmosphere and deco didn't match or reflect the restaurant surroundings. However charming staff - not at all a complaint in any way rather an observation. have worked in hospitality many years as a trainer therefore totally clued up on hotels and front of house and customer care and individual needs.

The location is great, spa facilities were very good, lots of green and lovely to see the horses and deer. Doggy welcome pack was a lovely touch. Staff were very friendly.

Bathroom wasn’t clean unfortunately. The games Room which is meant for older children to hang out was a bit of a mix of toddler play area and older children. Would be good to separate them out. Bedroom didn’t have nearly enough closet space. Just three shallow drawers small which had stuff in them already. Food menu was basic and was overpriced.

The hotel was well positioned for exploring the New Forest. Our room had been upgraded to the four-poster room when we checked in, which was a lovely surprise. The hotel management had also left a gift and card for us in our room. The Spa facilities were a great extra that made our stay very relaxing. All of the staff were amazing and really helpful. The lady on reception gave us some great tips for exploring the local area.

The walls appear to be quite thin.

All The staff from front of house, restaurant to house keeping were really friendly, welcoming and willing to help. This hotel is not huge which is great. Although at full capacity it was quiet. Beds were really comfortable along with beautiful crispy clean bedding. The Spa area was lovely and relaxing, with the hot tub actually being amazingly HOT. I also had a couple of treatments in the Spa, wow, they were amazing thank you ladies.

Unfortunately a random noise from what could possibly have been a thermostat my first night. I think i was just unlucky. I was moved to another room and had a beautiful much needed sleep the following night. Thanks you

Every staff member was exceptionally helpful, nice and lovely. Went above and beyond! The location and facilities exceeded my expectations. Especially outdoor pool area. Same in regards to food - could not fault, everything we had was absolutely delicious. Great choice of healthy breakfast options. Endless outdoor games and play area for children of all ages. Great variety of Books and board games available to choose from. Definitely coming back!

From booking to checking out, nothing was missed. The regular emails with updates, were good. Staff were excellent nothing too much trouble. Very friendly, a credit to the hotel. Room very comfortable and very clean. Lovely touch of birthday card and chocolate for my partner and also the cake when we had our meal, so kind, thoughtful and unexpected. Food excellent too. Nice that only 25 rooms, so not overcrowded, no screaming uncontrolled children, which really ruins a stay, as we previously experienced in other hotels. Just a shame only able to stay 1 night. Thank you so very much.

Not a criticism, just a personal thought, that as sadly we could only check in later, swimming pool closes at 9pm, shame not able to open slightly later as a swim before bed and after dinner would of been ideal.

The breakfast was excellent and with great choice.It was very child friendly. The bedrooms were excellent and well kept.The food was delicious. The disney movies in the evening kept the children entertained.Twice a week there is an opportunity for the children to learn about the New Forest..these sessions were really excellent. New Park Manor exceeded our expectations.

The hotel was just the right size - not too many people. Spa with the swimming pool is a great bonus! Breakfast was amazing! We’ll presented, a good variety and most importantly absolutely delicious!!! Beautiful grounds to go for a walk, exploring the surrounding area and enjoy the nature.

Wish there was more choice of food for dinner. It was a bit more expensive than we expected.
